Guys

I have six 1G strips of ECC Reg. 3200 ram I want to re-use but what
mother board will take these please? Ideally the MB would be dual CPU,
and ATX or M-ATX. I have also posted this on another list.

Many thanks for any suggestions.

I do not know where to start except that this memory came out of my Tyan
Thunder S2895 board to make room for 8x 2G strips. It would be useful
to put together a spare box with these in.

Cheers

Answered for you in uk.adverts.computer

FWIW I wouldn't bother with 'R Gower'. That idiot has had very little
experience of memory. Can't even remember his own name...

Probably easier to sell them to someone who wants them for an upgrade,
then you can put the money towards some newer hardware rather than
restricting your choice of motherboard and thus processor, expansion ...

Thanks All

Selling it on certainly sounds the most straight forward way. I wonder
what each strip of 1G is likely to fetch? Any ideas?

Many thanks

A quick look at eBay suggests about fifteen quid a stick including
delivery. Of course you need to allow for eBay and PayPal fees too.

That doesn't even make sense you silly c.u.n.t. Please try harder. (And
that doesn't mean look everything up on the internet and report it here
to make you sound like you are knowledgable.)

Yawn. Google back on me, we've crossed before.

Your knowledge is clear of course. Clear as in vacant.

Why, when I looked up Group Google "author:grapefr...@yahoo.co.uk"
and found plenty of proof of the fukwitted ability of "I'll Never Buy a
Dell Again".
