Dear UKBA: This is a very good report that explains details about
the work that's been done regarding Food Safety issues and meats in
the USA. It elaborates information on such things as E-Coli,
Listeria, Salmonella and other bacteria-related problems that our U.S.
Meat Industry has tried to contend with over this period of time.
It's in the format of a .pdf file, so it might take some time to
download. It certainly does containe a lot of good information.
