I am loathed to say anything bad about anyone.

However this guy has really hit a nerve.

I paid £40.00 into his account from my HSBC account Sunday night on the
understanding that he sent me a 6210 on Monday am.

In his e-mail to me he said he would.

Nothing arrived at work today except an email saying that he had not
recieved the monies.

I instantly provided proof that I had indeed sent the monies to him by way
of sending him the screen grab of my bank statement showing CLEARLY the
money has gone.

POINT 1: HE DID NOT SEND THE PHONE.

Subsequently he hes e-mailed me saying he is happy to refund the monies to
me.

POINT 2: HE HAS NOT

He has now said he wants to send the phone to me.

I have emailed back saying that I do not now want the phone and want a
refund or I will involve the authorities as I have been ripped off too many
times now to let it lie.

POINT 3: HE HAS E-MAILED ME THEATENING ME SAYING HE WILL SEND THE PHONE AND
THAT I SHOULD TAKE IT UP WITH TRADING STANDARDS.

I have done everything 'by the book' and have trusted him.

COMMENTS?

it can take up to 3 days for a bank transfer to show in the account,
the only instant way is to walk into their bank branch thats local to
you and deposit cash

I sold a P800 to someone via the sameway. A screen grab can easyly be faked.
Also i would like to point out it isnt instant if its across to another
bank. The person who payed me did it on a sunday night and it only arived
into my account on a wed/thrus!!

You were going on the fact that the phone wuld be sent on monday and he was
going on the fact the money would be there instantly. I wouldnt send u the
phone specialy int he way that your not so understanding. Would u send me
one if i sed i payed via an instant method but it dint turn up on your end?

don't mean it is, it has to go through a holding account first then to
the other banks system then on to the users bank, it can take 3 days
sometimes more if it's bank to building society

If its the same company to company transfer maybe it's 'Instant'

Did you say to him the money would be in his account on Monday morning?

Would you send me a phone if I said the payment was instant but it wasn't
there the next day?

Is that clear enough for you?

working order and ready to be sent on recipt of payment. if u was to

reach his account.
