A lot of people had trouble with this person recently.
Anyone else got a bounced cheque from him ?
I got no response to my several enquiries
I need advice in how to take legal action.

Thanks

Amigo

Loads of bounced cheques - Telford police (contact DC Steve Myers on 01952
290888) very interested in him but he appears to have done a runner. If you
have not "registered" with DC Myers then do so. As regards legal action I am
not sure what the options are.

You need to speak to DC Steve Myers at Telford Police. Keep any
correspondance as evidence. Nearly all cheques were bounced.

Its also debatable whether its cost effictive! In my case its £110, small
claims court will cost £20 plus another £80 if he decides to contest it, in
theory he pays the costs but "if he is unable to" then I bear them.

Good game!

For everyones information:

Christopher John Bonney recently of;

221 Westbourne
Woodside
Telford
TF7 5QP

Tel No. 01952 680199 and/or 01952 680317

Who used the email addresses bns...@netscapeonline.co.uk,
ch...@bonney.junglelink.co.uk and soft...@businesshelpers.co.uk
(infact it would appear he has registered the businesshelpers.co.uk
domain so anything from that domain is going to be him)

Currently owes sums to quite a number of people, he sent cheques out
as "refunds", AFAIK only 2 of those cheques were honoured by the bank.
If you are currently owed money by him and have not already done so
contact DC Steve Myers of the Telford Police on 01952 290888.
