Providing use of commercial rights on a video game playthrough

So I've been doing a "Metro: 2033" let's play for some time now. However, sometimes when I try to monetise some videos, I get a notification that I need to provide use of commercial rights. I've learned that I should be able to monetise the let's play, but I am unsure what to click after "I can provide proof of commercial-use rights". So, if someone could quickly tell me what to click after that, it would be greatly appreciated.
