subject:		[FDM] Common Constructional Ontology paper - for review

As noted in this paper, there has been a significant investigation into the use of the Finean constructional framework for extensional top-level ontologies starting in 2014. 

While some of this investigatory work has been published, there is a considerable portion that is currently unpublished, with no plans for immediate publication. 

In order to make the unpublished work mentioned above available to the NDTp community without investing significant effort, we have carved out and collated a reasonably consistent portion of this unpublished work, with minimal changes, into this report. 

The hope is that some of you might find this useful in understanding the constructional approach. While the foundations might be a minority interest (and highly technical topic), we are keen to make it as accessible as we can, and hopefully this document will be a step on the way. So we would be interested in any comments you have.
