Hi everyone,
I'm currently comparing a couple of job offers, and I've realized that the highest salary isn't always the best option. Benefits, taxes, bonuses, and work-life balance can make a big difference in the final value of an offer.
Before making a decision, I usually estimate my take-home salary so I have a clearer picture of what I'll actually receive each month.
When comparing job offers, what factors do you consider most important besides the salary? Have you ever chosen a lower-paying job because the overall benefits were better?
I'd love to hear your experiences and advice.
