I manage three of my clients email and diary.

 

Paid for options are busy sync which syncs calendars and is compatible with mac and pc’s

 

For email management I use both 1and1 and Clara.net.   I find 1and1 more user friendly but both are excellent for email management.  You can also add the email account to your pc/mac save going in through the web.
