President Donald Trump met with UK Prime Minister
Keir Starmer at the White House where Trump
dismissed the idea of the British needing help in
Ukraine against Russia. The two leaders discussed
Ukraine’s strategy in the ongoing war with
Russia. Mr Starmer asked for a commitment of US
military support to Ukraine in the conflict,
reported Aljazeera.

troops that may be sent to Ukraine, President
Trump seemed hesitant. At first, Mr Trump lauded
the UK troops and said the British could “take
care of themselves very well”, followed by a
promise saying “I’ll always be with the British,
I’ll always be with them” if help was needed. But
then, the interaction took a strange turn. Mr
Trump asked the UK Prime Minister if the UK could
“take on Russia by yourselves,” before laughing
awkwardly, leaving the situation uncomfortable.
Mr Starmer, who leads a Centre-Left government in
the UK, comes from a polar opposite political
school of thought to Trump, the head of a
populist right-wing government in the US. There
were moments when the differences were palpable.
Mr Trump said the UK PM had been “a very tough
negotiator. I’m not sure I like that.” Mr Starmer
responded, saying Trump was “trying to find a
divide between us that doesn’t exist.” “We’re the
closest of nations, and we had very good
discussions today, but we didn’t,” he added, only
to be interrupted by Trump, who said, “That’s
enough. That’s enough. Thank you.” The President
also revealed that the US and the UK discussed
trade and hoped a deal was on the cards
“shortly”. “We’re gonna have a great trade
agreement one way or the other. We’re going to
end up with a very good trade agreement for both
countries, and we’re working on that as we
speak,” he said. Mr Starmer also extended an
invitation, signed by King Charles III, to
President Trump, who accepted the offer. The
78-year-old paid a state visit to the UK in 2019,
under the reign of the late Queen Elizabeth II.
Mr Starmer’s visit came a few days after French
President Emmanuel Macron met with Donald Trump
and a day before Ukrainian President Volodymyr
Zelenskyy is scheduled to visit the White House.

began, “whether or not history will openly judge
this as a smart trade, they did what they thought
was in the best interest of their organisation. I
have absolutely no knowledge or belief there were
any ulterior motives. There’s no doubt in my mind
that the Dumont-Adelson family bought that team
to keep it in Dallas. I have no doubt whatsoever
that they are committed to the long-term success
of that franchise. And in terms of the Dallas
fans, all I can say to them is, again, time will
tell whether it’s a smart trade, but I think they

King Charles welcomed Volodymyr Zelensky to
Sandringham, diplomatic sources in Washington
have claimed. Allies of the US President have
made clear to UK officials in America that
pictures of the King with the Ukranian leader
made him feel ‘less special’ about the monarch’s
invitation for a state visit to Britain. In
response, the Trump allies were told that it
would have been inappropriate for the Government
to ‘direct’ the King not to meet Mr Zelensky. The
King met Mr Zelensky last Sunday, just days after

announcement of 25 per cent tariffs on imports
from his country. Last night, No 10 said that it
‘did not recognise’ the claims that Mr Trump was
sulking over the meetings, but a well-placed
source said: ‘Things definitely went a bit cool
in Washington after Sandringham. We told them
that the King makes his own decisions about who
he meets’. Mr Zelensky flew to Charles’ Norfolk
home in a military helicopter after attending a
defence summit with European leaders hosted by
the Prime Minister. Whitehall sources were at
pains to stress that the royal meeting was not a
reaction to the Oval Office bust-up, insisting
that it had been in the works for a while. The
pair had met previously during Mr Zelensky’s
visit to the UK in February 2023, when the King
told him ‘we’ve all been worried about you and
thinking about your country for so long’. No 10
sources denied that Sandringham had caused
tensions, saying that the Prime Minister had
spoken to Mr Trump on Monday – the US President
likes to call him directly on his mobile – and
there had been ‘positive engagement’ between the two leaders.

Friday scuttled plans – at least for now – for
them to sign a deal in Washington that would
allow the US access to the Eastern European
nation’s vast reserves of critical and rare earth

relationship between Trump and Zelensky is now
“fundamentally broken.” However, unlike Ukraine,
he said, Russia has never “lost the discipline”
in contacts with the US and disrupted peace
efforts, despite “some fundamental disagreements”
on how to resolve the conflict. “Zelensky was the
greatest impediment to the US and Russia to
achieve a peace deal… He had to be removed, and
now he has been removed,” Ritter explained. He
went on to say that while Zelensky’s removal may
be “the beginning of the political collapse of
Ukraine,” it might not necessarily be a bad thing
in terms of peace because “the war is all but
over at this point.” Zelensky has so far
dismissed calls to step down. In an interview
with Fox News following the meeting with Trump
and responding to a call from US Senator Lindsey
Graham “to resign and send somebody over that we
can do business with,” Zelensky said he won’t do
so unless asked by the Ukrainian people.

committed suicide shortly after Michael was

criminal case. Michael supposedly assaulted your
child and caused irreparable damage to him yet
you don’t even try to put him in jail. All you do
is seek an enormous payday. This simply doesn’t

MJ was drugged by his father with a truth serum
to accuse him, subsequently, the law saw enough
evidence that he emancipated himself from his
parents, but his father never went to the cops

then you find out that when he turned sixteen he
filed a restraining order against his dad because

making the allegation about Michael Jackson. I’m

Doctor Evan Chandler. It reads on August 2nd,
1993 dentist Doctor Evan Chandler was extracting
a tooth from his own son Jordan when he did
something unusual Under the supervision of an
attending anaesthesiologist doctor Chandler
injected his son with a dose of sodium amytal. In
pop culture, it has sometimes incorrectly been
called a truth serum. It is not normal to use
sodium amytal to pull a tooth. In fact, it is a
psychological drug with sedative and hypnotic
effects. Oh, totally normal situation. To drug
your child, to sedate him with a drug that
produces hypnotic effects, and then to ask him
did Michael Jackson mo**st you to which your
drugged and sedated son says yes. That is the
actual story about how this allegation came
about. And once his son said yes Evan Chandler
then demanded twenty million dollars privately
from Michael Jackson. He didn’t go to the cops.
He went to a lawyer. He said I won’t make this
public if you give me twenty million dollars That
man sounds like he is on a warpath. Doctor Evan
Chandler who definitely did drug his son into a
confession. I count it as MK Ultra. And if you
want an even crazier update Evan Chandler: The
person who started this initial allegation, is no
longer with us because he was suicided. I mean he
“committed suicide” in November of 2009 just five
months after Michael Jackson died… Yeah, Evan
Chandler shot himself in the head. There were
absolutely no witnesses. There was no note, and
he was found by his building concierge. That’s
just a fun little update.” And remember, Evan
Chandler wasn’t even seeking a criminal trial.
You cannot get paid for a criminal trial. This
was a vital error made by Michael Jackson. He
settled outside of court because, get this, Sony
pressured him to settle the allegation so he
could go on tour without distraction. This is
important to note because Sony was the exact
monolith that would end up playing a hand in his
murder…Michael had no idea the levels of
depravity these people would sink to. “Michael
Jackson told me in no uncertain terms that
settling in that case in nineteen ninety-four was
the biggest mistake he’d ever made. He should
never have settled it. He should have fought it.
Through a trial, he would have won It was an
absurd case. But he was advised he told me by
lawyers, by business advisors to settle it and get rid of it.”

Whitehall during previous rallies, protesters
were ordered by the Metropolitan Police not to
bring any unauthorised vehicles, or risk facing

Pancakes were a hot topic at the Shrove Tuesday
rally, with protesters making clear on their
placards that there can be no pancakes without
British farmers. Speaking from atop a combine
harvester, shortly after a farmer had hurled
pancakes into the crowd, National Farmers’ Union
president Tom Bradshaw said farmers “will not go
away”. Significant anger was directed towards the
Labour government, with chancellor Rachel Reeves
the subject of numerous angry placards. The
government has refused to budge on the policy
despite calls to U-turn from farmers and
opposition MPs. After a petition calling for the
move to be scrapped reached more than 150,000
signatures, the government said there was an
“urgent need to repair the public finances in as
fair a way as possible” and the “reform of the
reliefs strikes the right balance”. Protester
Elizabeth Hilliard, who edits a gardening
magazine, said: “Obviously they hate farmers. I
think the political elites just sneer at ordinary
people, and they claim that they’re ill-informed,
uneducated, stupid. They’re the opposite, absolute salt of the earth.”

farming movement sit down and speak to real
farmers not the NFU that represents 18% of
farmers the big boys. But small and medium tenant
/rent/owners. We might start getting somewhere,

refused? We have to work together but it takes
two to tango but if this continues the

shared by Trump, was from a guest speaker event
in October 2024 at the Cambridge Union, a

continues to be a disaster. But as Netanyahu

East. And maybe the right way to understand
what’s happened with Syria is to think back to a
really remarkable occasion when Wesley Clark, the
general who headed Naito. Yes. Went to the
Pentagon just after 911. And famously he was
shown a piece of paper that said, we’re going to
have seven wars in five years. And he was
completely dumbfounded, said, What does this have
to do with anything? And he was told that the
neocons and the Israelis are going to remake the
Middle East. And the seven countries on the list
are very telling. They would Lebanon, Syria,
Iraq, Iran and then in Africa, Libya, Somalia and
Sudan and seven countries. We’ve been at war in
six of them now. And I mean, we the United States
on behalf of Israel, including in Syria. And so
what happened in Syria last week was the
culmination of a long term effort by Israel to
reshape the Middle East in its image. That
started with Netanyahu and his American advisers
in 1996 in something called Clean Break, which
was a political document that the Americans and
Netanyahu made when Netanyahu became prime
minister. After 911, it went into full gear with
the Iraq war as being the first of those wars.

the British military were discussing their future
role in counter-insurgency/ industrial action
fields within the UK, the perceived threat of a
British left dominated by the trade unions,
triggered the formation of a variety of so-
called ‘patriotic groups’ – the misnamed ‘private
armies’.

question about this episode: how seriously should
we take any of this? Were the “private armies” of
1974 simply ‘ghost’ organisations, psychological
operations? Colin Wallace, at the time working in
Northern Ireland with a ‘ghost group’ all of his
own, the ‘Protestant paramilitary’ Tara, says
they were just that – psychological operations.

As shown in this chapter, the world does not
appear to be producing truly revolutionary
scientific innovations at the same rate it once
did (certainly if measured in terms of
revolutionary innovations per researcher or per
amount of funding). Instead the academic research
sector seems increasingly fixated on maximizing
its rate of publishing papers regardless of their
quality, redundancy, or relevance; the corporate
research sector appears more and more focused on
very low-risk, immediately marketable products;
and the government research sector seems
increasingly incapacitated by bureaucracy and
budget cuts. Rather than trying to create
solutions for these modern systemic problems from
scratch, one may study what conditions
facilitated the successes of innovators in other
times and places. Many people like to believe
that their own country has been the most
innovative, and indeed, inventions and
discoveries have been made around the world and
throughout history. Yet as illustrated by the
examples in this book, the highest concentration
(or at the very least, one of the highest
concentrations) of revolutionary innovations
appears to have come from scientists and
engineers who were trained in the predominantly
German-speaking central European research world
in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
Unfortunately, the history of those innovations
has been significantly obscured by World Wars I
and II, the Cold War, language barriers, and
cultural stereotypes, leaving the modern world
less aware of the details and less able to fully
reproduce the research conditions that led to so
many revolutionary achievements. Therefore the
objectives of this book are to: – Elucidate the
major creators and creations produced by that
German-speaking world in various fields of
science and engineering (Chapters 2–9). –
Determine the systemic factors that promoted so
much revolutionary innovation in that particular
place and time (Chapter 10). – Evaluate the
previous successes and failures of transferring
that scientific knowledge and those systemic
methods to other research systems (Chapter 11). –
Propose methods by which modern governments,
organizations, and/or individuals could better
emulate the success of the earlier
German-speaking research world (Chapter 12). A
variety of study scopes and methods would be
possible and enlightening, but this book focuses
on revolutionary innovators who were educated in
that earlier German-speaking world (defined
herein as German, Austrian, and Swiss
researchers; eastern European and other
researchers who trained in the German-speaking
world; and scientists and engineers in the
closely coupled Dutch research system) between
approximately 1800 and 1945, as well as their
subsequent careers (in some cases to the dawn of
the twenty-first century). As explained in detail
in this chapter, this study does not argue that
the modern research system has produced no
revolutionary innovations, but rather that it can
and should be improved. This study is not
intended to support nationalist or ethnic
bragging rights, the Third Reich, or any notion
that research conditions in the German-speaking
world were ever perfect. At best this book can
only give a concise overview of a vast field
encompassing the actions of thousands of
scientists and engineers across many countries

investigations into that time period by countless

administrations, Attorney John Loftus was a
prosecutor with the Justice Department’s Nazi War
Crimes Unit. There he discovered Top Secret
documents revealing that the Nazis he had been
assigned to prosecute were working for NATO
intelligence.

Loftus published a book on this topic entitled

puppet wartime government of Byelorussia­a region
of the Soviet Union occupied by Nazi Germany. A
former Justice Department investigator uncovered
this stunning story in the files of several
government agencies, and it is now available with
a chapter previously banned from release by
authorities and a foreword and afterword with
recently declassified materials. The OPC charter
(National Security Council directive 10/2) was
sweeping. Wisner’s efforts to counter the Soviet
threat were limited only by “deniability,” the
proviso that if any of his operations were blown,
the Secretary of State should be able to
plausibly disavow any knowledge of his
activities. His weapons included propaganda,
economic warfare, sabotage, and subversion
against hostile states, including assistance to
underground resistance groups in Eastern Europe.
Wisner was particularly intrigued by this last
part of his charter, concerning the recruiting of
an anti-communist guerrilla army and turning it
loose

the Soviet Union. He had come to Germany to lay
the groundwork for this force. Before being
ordered to leave Bucharest by the victorious Red
Army in 1945, Wisner had compiled a list of
Romanians opposed to the Soviet Union. Among them
were Nazi collaborators and members of the Iron
Guard, a fascist organization noted for its
hatred of Jews. Now, he was engaged in expanding
his lists of anticommunist zealots, and it would
soon include many accused war criminals from all
across Eastern Europe. Wisner’s staff secretly
made contact with leaders from four different
Nazi ministries who had directed the activities
of collaborators in Eastern Europe during the
war. First was Gustav Hilger, a diplomat from the
Nazi Foreign Office who had served as Hitler’s
Russian expert. Hilger had helped to plan the
invasion of the Soviet Union and had worked with
SS Intelligence late in the war to build an
anticommunist army of collaborators. Wisner also
recruited Hilger’s counterpart in the SS:
Obersturmbannfuehrer Friedrich Buchardt, chief of
Émigré Affairs for the SS, who had worked his way
up from commander of a mobile killing unit in
Byelorussia. He too had used local Nazi
collaborators to advantage. The third man to
supply information to Wisner was Professor
Gerhardt von Mende, a deputy in the Nazi Ministry
for the Occupied Eastern Territories who had
favored using Islamic collaborationist
politicians to establish a network of Nazi puppet
governments as a wall against the Russians. The
last man that Wisner needed to consult was hidden
behind a different kind of wall. Before leaving
West Germany, Wisner went to Pullach, a pretty
little village eight miles from Munich, where he
was taken to a heavily guarded compound
surrounded by high walls and an electrified
fence. A brass plate at the gate bore the name
“South German Industries Utilisation Company,”
but other signs warned, “Beware of fierce dogs.”
Pullach was the headquarters of Reinhard Gehlen,
Germany’s most celebrated spy. During World War
II he had been chief of Fremde Heere Ost (FHO),
the eastern military intelligence section of the
Armed Forces High Command. After the collapse of
Germany, Gehlen had avoided capture by the
Russians as a war criminal, and surrendered
himself, his staff, and his extensive files to
the U.S. Army. He was brought to America,
interrogated, and then sent back to Germany in
July 1946 where, as head of ORG (Organisation
Gehlen), subsidized by the Americans, he directed
espionage activities against the Soviet Union and
its satellites. Gehlen thus became the only
Wehrmacht general to function in the postwar era
with his wartime staff almost intact. Wisner and
Gehlen were well acquainted with each other. At
the end of the war Wisner had interrogated Gehlen
when he was brought to the US and had been struck
by his knowledge of Soviet affairs. Now, Wisner
was impressed with the astuteness of Gehlen’s
reading of Russian intentions in Germany. Gehlen
had warned the Americans of Stalin’s plan to
drive the Western allies out of Berlin, but his
reports had not been believed until the Russians
blockaded the city. Long before anyone else, he
told Wisner that the Soviets were planning to
establish the German Democratic Republic in their
zone of occupation and that the “People’s
Police,” or VOPO, was being transformed into an
East German army, complete with tank divisions and its own air force.
