Part One – Crown Estate: The Queen Hiding Her ‘Embarrassing’ Personal Wealth – Roughly £72.5 Billion


Kevin Cahill, journalist and author of ‘Who Owns the World’, joins Tony. Kevin discusses working for The Sunday Times, under Rupert Murdoch, and Andrew Neil when he compiled ‘The Sunday Times Rich List’ and how if the Crown Estate was added to The Queen’s wealth she was top of the list. Revealed: Queen lobbied for change in law to hide her private wealth Monarch dispatched private solicitor to secure exemption from transparency law The papers reveal that in November 1973 the Queen feared that a proposed bill to bring transparency to company shareholdings could enable the public to scrutinise her finances. As a result she dispatched her private lawyer to press the government to make changes. Matthew Farrer, then a partner at the prestigious law firm Farrer & Co, visited civil servants at the then Department of Trade and Industry to discuss the proposed transparency measures in the companies bill, which had been drafted by Edward Heath’s government. The bill sought to prevent investors from secretly building up significant stakes in listed companies by acquiring their shares through front companies or nominees. It would therefore include a clause granting directors the right to demand that any nominees owning their company’s shares reveal, when asked, the identities of their clients.

Under the opaque procedure, the Queen and Prince of Wales were allowed to vet the contents of the bills by government ministers and approve them before they were passed by parliament. The exemptions have left residents living in homes that have diminishing or no financial value. News UK TV: Murdoch-owned channel will be streamed live and on-demand rather than over airwaves News UK has revealed it will launch a nightly entertainment show this spring after months of speculation about its plans to expand into TV. The media company, which owns the Sun and Times newspapers and the Wireless radio network, is hoping to differentiate itself from Andrew Neil’s upcoming GB News channel with the entertainment news launch. In addition, while GB News will be a traditional linear channel aiming to air 6,500 hours of original programming a year via Freeview, News UK’s channel will be available via streaming services rather than over the airwaves. Both have been licensed by Ofcom. News UK’s content will be streamed live and on-demand on multiple major streaming platforms, with possibilities of the likes of Rakuten TV, Now TV and Apple TV although it has not yet revealed which ones. It will partner with connected TV distributors on programmatic advertising revenues. GB News briefing: Channel will be ‘free, fair and impartial’ says news chief John McAndrew as political editor named GB News, the biggest news TV channel to launch in the UK since Sky News 30 years ago, has been defended amid a campaign to get advertisers to boycott the channel by its chairman Andrew Neil. Neil, who will present a nightly news programme on the channel, said it “will not be shouty, angry television” and insisted it will conform to Ofcom rules on impartiality. The channel plans to air 6,500 hours a year of “original news, opinion and debate”, eschewing rolling news for appointment-to-view programming. The channel’s director of news, John McAndrew, is a 25-year industry veteran who has worked for the BBC, Sky News, ITN and NBC. There has been a backlash against the channel after reports in The Guardian, Evening Standard and City AM that it will adopt a Fox News style approach. McAndrew noted on his Twitter account that it will be “free, fair, impartial” and “Ofcom regulated”. Ofcom has a requirement that news channels show due impartiality when covering political issues. Wind turbines in Texas have been targeted by state officials after a freezing winter storm knocked out power supplies to millions of homes. Temperatures in the state fell as low as 0 degrees Fahrenheit earlier this week, causing widespread disruption. Thermal energy sources, including gas, coal and nuclear energy were all affected due in part to frozen instruments. But it was wind turbines which drew the attention of Sid Miller, Texas’s Commissioner of Agriculture. He said in a Facebook post Tuesday: “We should never build another wind turbine in Texas. The experiment failed big time. Governor Abbott’s Public Utility Commission appointees need to be fired and more gas, coal and oil infrastructure built.”

Alexei Navalny was part of those asset stripping Russia in the Yeltsin era. Mayor Marvin Rees became friends with Navalny at Skull and Bones University, Yale. On a ‘Yale World Fellows’ course alleged to be run by the CIA to recruit future leaders for the financial oligarchy. Navalny Is a Fraudster and a Racist – and a Loser Not a Winner – Navalny’s criminal record and opportunistic racism means he cannot win – something obvious to everyone except the few liberals who continue to support him – Note the simple fact that Navalny ­ like Khodorkovsky ­ is a twice convicted fraudster, though obviously not a fraudster on anything like Khodorkovsky’s scale. Russian liberals of course deny this. They deny the validity of the charges brought against Navalny and the legitimacy of his convictions ­ just as they deny the validity of the charges brought against Khodorkovsky and the legitimacy of Khodorkovsky’s convictions. The facts however tell a different story ­ as I found out for myself when I undertook a detailed investigation of the first case brought against him ­ which involved a fraud of a state owned timber company in a province where Navalny abused his position as an unpaid adviser of the local governor to steal from it. I have not undertaken a comparable investigation of the second case brought against Navalny, which involved the Russian branch of the French company Yves Rocher. However someone who has, has come to the same conclusion ­ that Navalny is unquestionably guilty of fraud against Yves Rocher. I would add that anyone comparing the two cases cannot but fail to be struck by their remarkable similarity. Both cases involve the parasitical abuse of a state company (the timber company in the first case, the Russian postal service in the second), the fraudulent manipulation of prices, the construction of a company vehicle to carry out the fraud in which Navalny himself is not directly involved, and the involvement of various other individuals acting as front men who were used by Navalny to conceal his own involvement. Moreover in both cases Navalny ­ a trained lawyer ­ has hit on the same defence: that the company targeted for the fraud suffered no actual loss ­ backed in both cases by “forensic reports” that purport to prove that but which in reality do no such thing. Indeed the pattern of activity in the two cases is so similar that they effectively settle whatever lingering doubts there may have been about Navalny’s fraudulent intentions in the first case.

The nonsensical notion of a mysterious curse on the Kennedy family is an obvious smoke screen. The unsolved murders of JFK and his two legitimate heirs­his younger brother and his only son­require a more rational explanation. The sense that the official stories about their deaths amount to a huge cover-up is obsessing the American psyche, a bit like a repressed family secret affecting the whole personality from a subconscious level. President John Kennedy and his brother are heroic, almost Christ-like figures, in the heart of a growing community of citizens who have become aware of the disastrous longtime effect of their assassinations. Only when the American public at large come to grips with the truth of their deaths and honour their legacy and sacrifice will America have a chance to be redeemed and be great again.

Beside the fact that John and Robert were brothers, their assassinations have at least two things in common: Lyndon Johnson and Israel. First, their deaths are precisely framed by Johnson’s presidency, which was also the context for other political assassinations, such as Martin-Luther King’s. Johnson was in control of the State during the two investigations on John and Robert’s murders. Secondly, in both cases, we find the fingerprints of Israel’s deep state. In the case of Robert, it is the choice of the manipulated patsy, which was obviously meant to disguise Robert’s assassination as an act of hatred against Israel. In the case of John, it it is the identity of the man asked to kill the patsy, a Jewish gangster linked to the Irgun. Johnson and Israel, the two common elements in the Kennedy assassinations, are themselves closely linked, since Johnson can be considered as a high-level sayan, a man secretly devoted to Israel, or owned by Israel, to the point of committing high treason against the nation he had been elected to lead and protect. The causal link between the two assassinations then becomes clear: even if Robert had been pro-Israel, which he was not, Israel and Johnson would still have had a compelling reason to eliminate him before he got to the White House, where he could­and would­reopen the investigation on his brother’s death. What should have been obvious from the start now appears brightly clear: in order to solve the mystery of the assassination of John Kennedy, one has simply to look into the two other assassinations which are connected to it: the assassination of Lee Harvey Oswald, the man whose trial could have exposed the hoax and possibly put the plotters into the light, and the assassination of Robert Kennedy, the man who would have reopened the case if he had lived. And both these assassinations bear the signature of Israel.

I think he became an engineer, wrote a few books. And at the age of 33, he created this organisation called the European Management Forum, which later became the World Economic Forum, which happens to be one of the organisations that’s almost leading the world! How did that happen? How did he get that success, that massive success to become a world leader, without ever having been elected; for his organisation to have suddenly become so massively influential in the world?

BCfm’s weekly Politics Show presented by Tony Gosling with Irish Republican Labour activist Martin Summers has been forced off FM, now online only, being ‘rested due to the pandemic’ on 24 March 2020 by BCfm charity boss Pat Hart. This Internet only NOT The BCfm Politics Show is now available 17:00-19:00 live on Fridays. Pat Hart has replaced us with a dumbed-down show called The Bristol Agenda. We have been ready to go live on BCfm’s FM server remotely, awaiting the go-ahead from Pat Hart since 16th March. Initially we were told ‘In the light of government and Ofcom guidance’ Pat Hart’s team decided ‘not to broadcast discussion or political shows’ that ‘might put the FM licence at risk’, because they ‘don’t want the burden of dealing with potential Ofcom complaints’. As it turns out ‘bad health and medical advice’ came from official government decisions and announcements which we were’t able to criticise on FM and thousands are dead unnecessarily. Now we’ve been told a wider ‘reorganisation’ is underway and this show may be allowed to return to FM in November 2020.
