Vassili Papastavrou and John Tarlton, from
Bristol Tree Forum, join Tony and Martin. Why
cities need trees, especially with our warming
climate. Goram Homes development at Baltic Wharf
where Caravan Club used to be – 75 mature trees
cut down – will the promise of planting new trees
be fulfilled? Where are the council flats and
affordable homes? Complaint that the council
‘misled public’ over Baltic Wharf trees “Officers
continued to misinform in subsequent council
meetings”
<
https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/news/bristol-news/complaint-council-misled-public-over-10755164>They
were the trees on the banks of the Floating
Harbour in Bristol deemed so important that as
many as 70 women symbolically ‘married’ each one
as part of a long-running campaign to save them.
But, as this timelapse video shows, it only took
a week or so to completely clear all the trees
from what is now a development site. And while
the council-owned Goram Homes and its development
partner get started on building 166 new flats in
a prime location at Baltic Wharf, there is
controversy about plans – or lack of them – to
replace the trees that were cut down before
Christmas. A formal complaint has been submitted
to Bristol City Council which claims planning
officers misled councillors and the public when
they said there wouldn’t be a problem planting
new trees to replace the 84 trees that have been
felled on the former site of the Caravan Club
park between the Floating Harbour and the New Cut
River Avon. The complaint claims that

‘undermined the quasi-judicial planning process’
by reassuring councillors finding places to plant
new trees was all in hand. Back in April 2024,
councillors on the planning committee met to give
the final go-ahead for Goram Homes’ plans for the
development, and part of the application was a
legal requirement that 162 trees should be
planted within a mile of the Baltic Wharf site,
to make up for the 84 cut down. “At the meeting,
doubt was expressed as to whether it was possible
that 162 trees could be planted within a mile
radius of the development, due to lack of tree
planting locations,” the complaint, which has
been submitted by the Bristol Tree Forum, said.
Workers clearing the former caravan park at
Baltic Wharf in Bristol today, Monday 13 October
2025, as trees have been cut down and the area
stipeed of vegetation “These concerns were
unequivocally dismissed, and the committee was
told by planning officers with certainty that all
162 trees would indeed be planted. The case
officer said ten would be on the waterfront
beside the site or on Cumberland Road, that
“Parks” had mapped around 40 trees (at the time
of the meeting), and they assured the committee
that they would ‘in the next few weeks provide
full mapping of all of the trees’.” Councillors
gave planning permission for the trees to be cut
down, but the Bristol Tree Forum say replacing
the trees has never happened – and what’s more
this follows a pattern of council officers
promising new trees would be planted to
compensate for trees cut down, at a site just
across the road from the caravan park. In 2013,
trees around the A Bond bonded warehouse were cut
down to make way for the new Metrobus road near
the Cumberland Basin, and 55 were supposed to be
planted nearby, but never have been. Bristol Tree
Forum continued to demand answers about the 162
trees the council were supposed to be planting
near the Baltic Wharf site. In October 2024, six
months after permission was granted, a council
chief told the campaigners that a map of the
places the 162 trees would be planted was coming,
and again in January, the chair of the council’s
planning committee was reassured the full map of
sites was coming, soon. …“This is not an isolated
incident, and it seems to have become standard
procedure to promise planning committees that all
replacement trees will be planted, in order to
secure planning approval, only for this promise
to be entirely abandoned or at best to fall well
short of the requirements. “For officers to
misinform planning committees in order to secure
planning approval for an application they are
advocating, undermines the integrity of the whole
planning process, and cannot be allowed to continue,” they added…

<
https://youtu.be/l79h_nr3pW4>In January this
year, a planning committee of councillors refused
a proposal for a 23-storey block of student flats
in the Victorian inner-urban district of
Bedminster, still largely characterised by
low-rise residential terraces and light
industrial uses. Members had voted 5-3 against
the scheme – a high-density mix of 400
Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) units,
434 Build-to-Rent flats and commercial
floorspace. As the council’s procedure dictates,
officers were instructed to come back to the
following meeting with written-up reasons for
refusal. The councillors had refused the planning
application on the grounds of over-intensive
development and harm to the skyline, including
the setting of the Grade 1 listed heritage asset
St Mary Redcliffe church. There was also the
issue of poor design: 55% of rooms do not meet
the British Research Establishment’s guidance for
sunlight and more than half the proposed units
are single-aspect. Other concerns included the
over-concentration of student accommodation in
the area and a letter from the NHS warning that
local GP practices were already operating at or
near capacity and would be “unlikely to be able
to accommodate the increased demand arising from
this development.” But what came back to the
following meeting was an officer report that told
the committee that they couldn’t, in fact, refuse
– not without the developer taking the council to
the Planning Inspectorate for an appeal that
would be certain to succeed. And the council’s
Chief Planner, Simone Wilding, raised the stakes
further in the meeting by saying that the council
would be likely to lose around £750,000 in appeal
costs, plus a further £250,000 through the
expense of defending the case. To illustrate the
Planning Inspectorate’s supposed willingness to
overturn refusals based on over-densification,
the attention of councillors was repeatedly drawn
to a development in Brighton that had a refusal
overturned at appeal last year. In the initial
committee meeting, when Wilding brought up
‘Brighton Gasworks’ – a mixed-use residential
scheme with buildings ranging from 3 to 12
storeys – she made the false claim that it was “a
much higher density” than the proposal before
them. In reality, the reverse is true: Brighton
Gasworks is 245 dwellings per hectare (dph);
Princess Street is 384 dph if you don’t include
the student tower, 427 dph if you do. Both
Princess Street levels exceed the threshold
identified in London planning debates as
‘hyperdensity’. Nevertheless, the Chief Planner
went on to tell the committee categorically: “We
haven’t got a policy on density on which we could refuse this.”…

Workers Party deputy leader Peter Ford, deputy
leader of Workers Party, on Chris Williamson
leaving the Party and George Galloway running
against Zack Polanski. Huge row emerges in
Holborn as George Galloway confirmed to run A ROW
has emerged after George Galloway announced he
would stand as a candidate in the by-election for
Keir Starmer’s former seat in order to oppose
Green leader Zack Polanski.
<
https://www.thenational.scot/news/26554496.huge-row-emerges-holborn-george-galloway-confirmed-run/>The
Workers Party of Britain leader is one of 15
candidates standing in the Holborn and St Pancras
by-election, where he said he would oppose the
leader of the Green Party of England and Wales
over his support for Ukraine and his position on
trans rights. Galloway said on Monday his party
wouldn’t field a candidate “unless the Green
Party comes to the table and makes us an offer we
can’t refuse”. However, he later confirmed on the
same day that he would be standing in the
by-election for the Workers Party of Britain,
which has since triggered a row within the party.
On Tuesday, Chris Williamson, deputy leader of
the Workers Party of Britain, said he had
resigned from the party because he “profoundly
disagreed” with the decision to stand in the
Holborn and St Pancras by-election. Williamson
said he had a “huge amount of respect” for
Galloway, but added he believed the party should
“get behind” Polanski in his bid to get elected
into Westminster. He wrote: “My firm view is that
the left must collaborate to defeat the Labour
Party, Reform UK, Conservatives and Lib Dems
because these parties are all in the pocket of
the neoliberal Zionist war machine. Zack is best
placed to do that in this by-election. “I commend
Zack’s recognition that the [government] can
intervene in the economy to create a good society
because it issues the currency. “I applaud his
position on the so-called war on drugs, which has
absolutely failed. I salute his pragmatic and
compassionate analysis of illegal immigration.
And I commend his assessment of the criminal
justice system.” Williamson added: “I do have
some differences on a small set of issues, most
notably their current pro-EU and pro-Nato
stances, but my view is that we should agree
where we agree, which is on most things, and
simply have fraternal disagreements where we don’t.”…

As Houthis grab Bab al-Mandeb, US appears willing
to watch from sidelines Stretched by its war with
Iran, Washington may have little choice but to
trust Houthi assurances on shipping rather than
joining another war. United States officials met
Houthi representatives at the US embassy in the
Omani capital, Muscat, over the weekend after the
Iran-aligned movement seized thousands of square
kilometres of territory in just a few days.
<
https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2026/9/18/as-houthis-grab-bab-al-mandeb-us-appears-willing-to-watch-from-sidelines>With
strategically important islands and large
stretches of Yemen’s Red Sea coast now under
Houthi control, the group has tightened its grip
on the Bab al-Mandeb Strait – a crucial
chokepoint for global shipping and energy
supplies. During the talks, the Houthis assured
US officials that they had no intention of
attacking US shipping in the Red Sea, saying
their restrictions would apply only to vessels
linked to Saudi Arabia. But that would still
leave two of the world’s most important shipping
routes facing serious disruption, with traffic
through the Strait of Hormuz restricted for the
past six months. Any further disruption could
drive global oil and consumer prices even higher,
creating another political headache for US
President Donald Trump ahead of midterm elections
in November. With the Houthis’ history of
attacking commercial vessels, their ties to Iran
and their deep ideological opposition to the US,
some experts question how far their assurances
can be trusted. But some analysts say Washington
may have little choice but to take the group at
its word, at least for now. US military resources
are reportedly depleted and growing domestic
opposition to the Iran war have all limited
Washington’s ability – and willingness – to open
another front in Yemen. Pressure to intervene As
the Houthis seized territory in southwestern
Yemen, the US publication Axios reported that
Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman
called Donald Trump twice last week, urging him
to launch strikes against the group – but the US
president refused. Admiral Brad Cooper, the
commander of US Central Command, subsequently
travelled to Riyadh for urgent coordination talks
with the crown prince. The visit suggested
Washington was seeking to intensify support for
Saudi Arabia while avoiding direct military
involvement. Trump also attempted to reassure
Riyadh, describing the crown prince as a “good
friend” and promising that “everything will work
out very well”. But he offered no specific
military commitment and the White House announced
no explicit guarantee that the US would defend
Saudi energy infrastructure or shipping routes.
Axios also reported that the military chiefs of
Israel, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates,
Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan and Egypt attended
a private gathering convened by the US. While the
US has avoided intervening, Israel, whose ships
and territory have previously been targeted by
the Houthis, has reportedly offered to intervene
in Yemen on Saudi Arabia’s behalf. Simon Mabon, a
professor of international relations at Lancaster
University, however, said any Israeli involvement
would probably be limited. “With elections coming
up [in Israel], there comes a point when there is
overreach,” Mabon told Al Jazeera. “In light of
Gaza, Lebanon, Syria and the West Bank – as well
as the question marks over Iran – Yemen could be
a bridge too far.” Experts also say that the
Saudis may be wary of being seen to rely on
Israeli military support, particularly amid the
war on Gaza, because doing so could damage
Riyadh’s standing and legitimacy throughout the
Arab and Muslim worlds. Washington’s reluctance
to act could deepen Saudi concerns about its
longstanding security relationship with the US.
“This is another instance of the United States
failing to fulfil its role as a security
guarantor,” Mabon said. “That will start to add
up and create serious doubts in Saudi Arabia
about whether it can rely on the United States.”

I support @DerbyChrisW’s stance regarding his
recent resignation. It’s straightforward tactical
voting to beat the horrendous, terminally
compromised Labour Party with a view to forging
some degree of unity around the crucial issue of
domestic economic policy. Like Chris, I disagree
with the Greens’ position on a number of issues,
especially NATO, but it’s the only party with the

shows the British left’s current situation –
split into no less than 78 factional parties and
movements. Each one is fixated on its own purist
dogma, mostly hammered out in the back room of
the local boozer. Completely useless. If the
broad left can’t find common ground on the
crucial issue of domestic economic policy we are
finished for the foreseeable future. A spent
force. @winlow_s have outlined the history of our
decline in the book The Death of the Left.
Failure to bring the economy under democratic
control will leave us prey to the extractive
asset-stripping and fiscal discipline of global
financiers. This will see whole regions sink into
further decline and drift to the ‘far right’,
perhaps even seeing through Reform’s fake
nationalism and demanding the real thing. We
might even get a ‘revolution’, but quite probably
not the one we want. This is the future we face
if we fail to find unity on this crucial issue.

Richard Cotterell on his book ‘Marxists Last
Laugh’. Neil Oliver on Marxism and Communism.
Marx has the last laugh Capitalism is unfolding
exactly as Karl Marx predicted “Once adopted into
the production process of capital, the means of
labor passes through different metamorphoses,
whose culmination is the machine, or rather, an
automatic system of machinery,” he wrote in his
then-unpublished manuscript Fundamentals of
Political Economy Criticism.
<
https://qz.com/1269525/capitalism-is-unfolding-exactly-as-karl-marx-predicted>“The
workers themselves are cast merely as its
conscious linkages.” Gradually, in the century
and a half since Marx wrote those words, machines
have taken on more and more jobs previously done
by humans. The 20th century political movements
that attempted to make Karl Marx’s ideas reality
may have failed but, 200 years since the
philosopher’s birth on May 5, 1818, his analysis
and foresights have repeatedly proven true. We
are, in many ways, living in the world Marx
predicted. Marx showed that recurrent crises were
not an accidental side effect of capitalism, but
a necessary and inherent feature, explains Nick
Nesbitt, Princeton University professor of French
and Italian and editor of The Concept in Crisis:
Reading Capital Today. “?He shows that the source
of value in capitalism is living labor. He also
shows that capitalism nonetheless tends to
eliminate living labor as a necessary dimension
of its development,” Nesbitt says. That
contradiction means capitalism is never stable,
but forever shifting in and out of crises: The
system depends on human labor while
simultaneously eradicating it. And the stakes are
high. Marx analyzed capitalism as a social
system, rather than a purely economic one.
“Humans and human relationships depend on our
place within the system of capitalism itself,”
says Nesbitt. “If we don’t find a place within
the system as individuals and human beings then
we live under exclusion.” Capitalism doesn’t just
determine our source of income but how we relate
to each other, our surroundings, and ourselves.
To be rendered superfluous by the system is
damning to social wellbeing as well as economic
livelihood. It may be tempting to dismiss Marx’s
analysis given that his communist vision failed
in practice. However, the politics that developed
in the Soviet Union were “not part of Marx’s
vision of a social structure” says Nesbitt, but
“developments of Leninism and the Russian
revolution.” Most of Marx’s work was focused on
critiquing capitalism, and he wrote relatively
little about exactly what it would take for
communism to become reality, or how it would
function. Marx famously popularized the slogan,
“From each according to his ability, to each
according to his needs,” meaning that all would
have the opportunity to reach their highest
potential and to receive the needed goods, such
as food and shelter in turn. But, notes Carol
Gould, philosophy professor at Hunter College,
City University of New York, Marx didn’t say much
about what this mantra would look like in practice.

they are not unfamiliar to the Nuclear Veterans

withholding information under the veil of
national security and denying access to records
which may have helped thousands of veterans in
their need for medical treatment. Tobias says: “I
believe that the nuclear test veterans have been
institutionally let down by the Ministry of
Defence and the more you unpick this story, the
more murky, the more shady, the more concerning
it becomes and indeed unresolved. And it all goes
back to the 50s and 60s.” “We needed to make sure
that this bomb worked, worked on humans. Not only
that, how would our armed forces be able to
operate if we were attacked by the Soviets? So,
along with France, the United States and indeed
the Soviet Union, everybody put humans in harm’s
way, 20,000 of them or more. But the difference
between what we did and the other nations is that
we provided no bespoke support, no bespoke
compensation, no package of assistance
recognising that when you make an RAF pilot fly
through the plume of a nuclear bomb, they could
possibly get ill.” “United States programme is
very straightforward. We ran these operations, we
know you were there, you’ve now got leukaemia,
we’re going to pay for the bill. Not us; we did
the opposite. We turned to our veterans and said,
thank you for your service, but you need to prove
that you were in harm’s way; you need to prove
that the leukaemia that you now have, you
wouldn’t have got anyway. And at the same time,
ministers all the way up to my time were turning
around to say, “‘We have no evidence to help you
with your case, nothing to see here'” “All of
that changed in 2005, when about 1,000 veterans
and widowers and so forth wanted to take the MOD
to court and to say, we want some competition, we
want support for what’s happening to us. The MOD
instructed the atomic weapons establishment to
find any documents that related to these tests
that took place between 1952 and 67. They found
28,000 documents; they collated them so they
could be compiled and easily referenced in a huge
database called Merlin. This is 2006, 2007. They
used that information to push back on the
veteran’s case, so they were able to win it. And
that’s exactly what happened.”…

Earl Spencer’s new Book ‘Swan Song’ – Charles
seemed ‘giddily elated’ when Diana died. ‘Unlike

to articulate their condolences and offers of
help, he sounded giddily elated – like a lottery
winner, I remember thinking at the time.’ WORLD
EXCLUSIVE ‘On the night Diana died Charles
sounded giddily elated… like a lottery winner’ By
Charles Spencer, Princess Diana’s brother The
gravity of the crash had yet to sink in. The tone
was, as had somehow become normal since her
divorce a year earlier, patronising, misogynistic
and dismissive. Such constant, carping criticism
had long been encouraged by Diana’s enemies in
the Palace.
<
https://911forum.org.uk/viewtopic.php?p=182679#p182679>There
was no compassion for a human who must be in
distress. Jane and I spoke frequently as the
situation became more worrying. The brutality of
the crash became clear when it was confirmed that
Diana’s boyfriend, Dodi Fayed, and the French
driver of their car, Henri Paul, had died
instantly, on impact. And then, on perhaps our
fifth or sixth call that night, when escalating
dread had us both floundering a bit for words, I
heard my brother-in-law, Robert, talking in the
background on the work line in their home. ‘Oh,
no!’ he half bellowed, half sighed in disbelief.
The phone rang constantly. Prince Charles caught
me as I crossed the landing upstairs. Unlike my
other callers, who were stunned, barely able to
articulate their condolences and offers of help,
he sounded giddily elated – like a lottery
winner, I remember thinking at the time. He let
me know he had informed William and Harry of
their mother’s death, first thing that morning,
in their bedrooms at Balmoral. It all sounded
strangely matter-of-fact, given the enormity of
the disaster. Looking back now, I suspect the
prince’s first reaction must have been to think
more of how this event might free him to marry
the woman he loved, rather than appreciating the
loss of one he did not. It can be hard to feel
too much sympathy for an ex-spouse, or those who
care for them profoundly, after bitter divorce.
My sisters knew that Diana had always wanted
Mozart’s Requiem to be played for her, after her
death. But when I passed this on, it was rejected
as a possibility: ‘No part of a requiem can be
played at a Church of England funeral,’ I was
told. I later found out that was not the case –
the first of several untruths that the
authorities would push my way at that time.
Meanwhile, there were very serious tensions
between the two principal royal teams: the
Queen’s, in Buckingham Palace, and Prince
Charles’s, in St James’s Palace. These were
caused by the heir to the throne’s growing
frustrations at being a middle-aged man still waiting to reign…

Death of Diana. Princess Diana’s popularity

Family for almost three decades, including a 2025
docuseries on the monarchy Princess Diana’s
popularity with the British public is still
“deeply resented” in Buckingham Palace, a
legendary TV presenter has claimed.
<
https://www.gbnews.com/royal/princess-diana-popularity-deeply-resented-buckingham-palace-david-dimbleby>David
Dimbleby, 87, has spoken candidly on the Royal
Family, following the release of his docuseries
What’s The Monarchy For? last year – and pulled
no punches. Speaking to the BBC, Mr Dimbleby said
Diana was a “prime example of someone who didn’t
act like the rest of the Royal Family”. “She was
fresh, new and exciting to the public and they
really adored her,” he noted. “And that was
deeply resented in the Palace. And still is.” His
comments come amidst a public feud between Earl
Charles Spencer and the King, after Diana’s
brother accused then-Prince Charles of being less
than sympathetic during a phone call between the
two following the late Princess of Wales’ death.
He added: “This kind of tit-for-tat over who said
what, and only two people know what was actually
said, just reignites all that.” Mr Dimbleby
argued that the “real problem” with the monarch
is their apprehension about “facing up to the
biggest issues”. The TV icon also described the
Royal Family as “a bit of a soap opera” and
warned against becoming “trapped in this cycle of
gossip”. He continued: “People are fascinated and
I think whenever any tittle-tattle reaches the
public domain, people sort of think about it in
terms of their own families. “They all have
problems and then suddenly… this family that is
set up on a pedestal of being leaders of the
country – they have problems too.” His comments
come in the wake of astonishing allegations from
Earl Spencer in his forthcoming memoir Swan Song:
Diana, My Sister, due to be released next week.
But the book – being serialised in the Daily Mail
– has already made headlines and caused a stir in
royal circles after the Earl claimed then-Prince
Charles told him Diana would be forgotten “soon
enough” after her tragic death in 1997….

Opulenza poem. Will King Charles step down,
abdicate for William? Charles Finally Set to
‘Step Down’ & ‘Abdicate’ the Throne to William as
His ‘Health Declines’ Due to Andrew’It’s Too
Much to Bear’ The British monarchy has survived a
lot of scandals and a lot of bad moments. And
though they haven’t always been popular, they’ve
maintained enough public favour to continue
having an important role. Now, with Andrew’s
arrest making a lot of people rethink the need
for royals in the year 2026, what can King
Charles do? And is his health good enough to
tackle this challenge?
<
https://stylecaster.com/entertainment/celebrity-news/1234881392/when-charles-abdicate-william/>RadarOnline
is reporting that the King is set to abdicate in
favor of his son, Prince William. This comes amid
the monarch’s cancer battle and Andrew’s arrest
for misconduct in public office, with questions
being asked about what King Charles and even
Queen Elizabeth before him knew of Andrew’s
dealings with Epstein. “King Charles is going to
step down. He is going to abdicate, and they are
going to use the excuse of his health, which has
been declining because [the situation with
Andrew] has been very stressful and almost too
much for him to bear,” a royal insider said. The
source added, “Charles knew more than he let on,
and the whole family has been covering this up.
They are all complicit. The whole [royal] machine
is complicit in this from the top down!” And
the source insists it won’t take long, and the
abdication could come as early as this summer.
“The situation is getting worse and worse by the
day,” says the palace insider. “Everybody knows
Prince William has been ruthless from the
beginning about removing his uncle. He’s going to
do nothing to protect Andrew.” Reports indicate
everyone allegedly looked the other way with
Andrew. “The queen just thought Andrew was a
naughty playboy, but the whole machine was
complicit in covering him to protect their own
brand,” a palace source indicated, saying what we
know now might just be the tip of the iceberg.
And William’s image is relatively clean,
particularly in comparison to his older
relatives. “Prince William wants to fix the
monarchy because he knows it’s the right thing to
do. He has better morals, and he is interested in
the preservation of the monarchy,” the source
continued. This comes after a source told Rob
Shuter’s “Naughty But Nice” Substack in a post
published on March 2 that the King is expected to
abdicate within the year. “The transition will
look measured and dignified. Health provides the
most unassailable explanation,” the source said,
a reference to Charles‘ battle with an
undisclosed form of cancer. “Charles will not be
seen as pushed,” the source continued. “He has
waited a lifetime for this role. When he steps
back, it will be entirely on his terms.” However,
the source also said that William has been taking
on a lot of his father’s responsibilities due to
his illness. “In many ways, he’s already king
unofficially. The institution is preparing
emotionally, even if the paperwork hasn’t caught
up,” the source said. The insider continued, “The
monarchy survives because it adapts before it has
to. If there’s a handover, it won’t feel like
surrender. It will feel inevitable.” Now, we’ll
see when and if this becomes official….

Brovary energy storage facility in the Kiev
Region, which supplies uninterrupted power to
military sites. – Russian forces struck the
Zaporozhstal steel plant in the Zaporozhye
Region, a key facility of Ukraine’s metallurgical
industry that produces pig iron and rolled steel
used by defense companies in Ukraine and Europe.
– The strikes also hit a radio-electronics
assembly facility in Ukrainian-controlled
Zaporozhye, the state-owned Iskra Scientific and
Production Complex, which produces electronic
intelligence and electronic warfare systems for
Ukrainian troops, as well as components for
guided surface-to-air missiles. – Russian forces
struck a bulk carrier at the port of Chernomorsk
in the Odessa Region that had delivered military
cargo. – Russian troops also hit the Artsyz power
substation in the Odessa Region, which supplies
power to the port of Izmail. – The strikes hit
two road bridges over the Dniester River near the
settlement of Mayaki. The bridges were used to
transport military cargo from Romania and the
port of Izmail. – Russian forces struck a bulk
carrier while it was en route by sea, 11 km east

Don de Bar on AI destruction and how this

years ago, and recent Gaza protests. What if they
threw a reunion and no one showed up? As of Noon
on September 17, 2026, there were few than a
half-dozen bewildered attendees, and no sign of
the organizers. The Russian Revolution had its
dress rehearsal in 1905 before sweeping the
Romanov’s and their vassals from power – and from
the planet – in 1917, twelve years later.
<
https://dondebar.blogspot.com/2026/09/is-it-1917-yet-zuccotti-park-nyc.html>NEW
YORK CITY – Thursday, September 17, 2026 will
mark 15 years since a group of roughly 1,000
demonstrators gathered in Lower Manhattan’s
Financial District at Zuccotti Park, beginning a
global wave of protest and occupations that
became known as Occupy Wall Street. We may be
about to see if that was the main event, or
merely a dress rehearsal for something bigger on
the way. On September 27, 2011, protestors raised
the slogan “We are the 99%”, referring to the
massive income and wealth inequality in the U.S.
between the wealthiest 1% and the rest of the
population. They began experimenting with, and
then implementing, rudimentary forms of direct
democracy methods in their decision-making,
acting on consensus-based decisions made in
general assemblies which emphasized direct action
over the petitioning authorities. The models
began to resemble the forms used by the workers
councils (Russian: soviets) during the 1905 and
1917 revolutions in Russia. In response, the
Obama administration organized a national
crackdown that was on a scale unprecedented in US
history, involving hundreds of Federal, state and
local police departments and massive surveillance
that was also unprecedented. The Wall Street
Occupation lasted about 59 days, until the New
York Police Department (NYPD) forcibly cleared
its Zuccotti Park encampment on November 15,
2011. Meanwhile, the conditions of “the 99%” have
only further deteriorated in the past 15 years –
economically, politically, socially – by every
metric. Here in the US and elsewhere in the
so-called First World provinces of the Empire of
the 1%, the needs of the people for Bread, Land
and Peace have never been greater. Will there be
another wave of protests that grows into
something with a broader, deeper and more permanent reach?

through a woman there called Sue Reid, who I knew
years before when she was the education
correspondent at the Mail. But with rare
exceptions, there hasn’t been very much done
about this. And the BBC has been pretty
disgraceful at the time of 911 and subsequently
in failing to report people who have got real
solid verifiable evidence. Senior people in the
CIA, DIA, senior people in the FBI, they’ve all
got this information
<
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c-jRP54GLMY>as
Tony quite rightly says, but we’re not being
allowed to see it through the mainstream media.
And right now, can I can I just ask a question
both of you? A short question because we’re kind
of running out of time. I just wanted to know um
I mean this is the most extraordinary um false
flag I’ve you know to to a plane planes into two
buildings. Then I I wonder, you know, why
couldn’t the plane in the building be enough? Why
would they need to blow up the building as well?
I don’t understand why that had to go on. Um, the
whole thing is so monstrous that people don’t
want to believe it’s a false flag because the the
implications of that are are pretty
extraordinary. But I just want to know, do you
think people are more susceptible to false flags
or are people more cynical now? Do you think it’s
Hollywood? It’s Hollywood. You’d never make a
Hollywood film producer. Uh, because the more
spectacular the better. The more sensational the
better. uh someone has sat down and they’ve
thought well what will really change everybody’s
mind get them hooked and of course you’ve got to
have it as very very s sensational. I’d also add
to what John was saying we back 20 years ago uh
former MI5 officer Annie Mashon was very much
part of our UK 911 truth movement. She was
ushering people in when they were going to speak
to the janitor William Rodriguez when uh from the
World Trade Center when he was doing his UK tour.
Uh, and we actually managed to get that on the
front page of the local newspaper here in Bristol
that uh, where Rodriguez was actually coming
around and we packed a big big venue here in in
in Bristol. Uh but you know I I think I if you
don’t understand that there is actually something
even bigger picture to the bigger picture of the
the new American century. This idea that uh that
the United States is going to just kind of march
into the Middle East for the Israelis. You you
you you should think about this this concept of
accelerationism. The idea is a small group of
people can dominate the news agenda and also
dominate geopolitics. Now this is the accelerationists

China asks US to stop doing space weapons. US
confirms for first time it has deployed space
weapons The US has confirmed it deployed a space
weapon in Earth’s orbit, the first time it has
acknowledged such offensive capabilities. US
Secretary of the Air Force Troy Meink said the
“on orbit” weapon was necessary to safeguard US
forces against hostile enemy action.
<
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/ck790xg41ygro>Speaking
at the Air, Space and Cyber Conference on Monday,
Meink said the US was ready for “evolving
threats”, but did not elaborate on the weapon’s
capabilities or when it was put into orbit.
Senior military leaders have previously said they
planned to boost military capabilities in space,
citing Russian and Chinese programmes developing
ways to attack and disrupt US satellites in a
future conflict. China responded on Tuesday by
warning against an “arms race” in space. “We urge
the US side to stop expanding its military
capabilities and preparing for war in outer
space,” AFP quoted a foreign ministry spokesman
as saying. Details of how the weapon operates
have not been disclosed by US officials. A US
Space Force spokesperson said: “Space control
encapsulates the mission areas required to
contest and control the space domain – employing
kinetic and non-kinetic means to affect adversary
capabilities through disruption, degradation and
even destruction, if necessary. “These
capabilities can be employed for offensive and
defensive purposes at the direction of combatant
commands.” An expert on military uses of outer
space noted that “precious little” was publicly
known about the technology, and told the BBC
there could be a “whole range of different
weapons systems”. Speaking to Radio 4’s Today
programme, Dr Bleddyn Bowen, from the Royal
United Services Institute (RUSI), said he was
“totally guessing” but that the US could have
been referring to “some kind electronic warfare
or radio jamming platform”. That would be the
sort of weapon that already exists on Earth and
could disrupt radio communications, Bowen said.
An alternative would be “a kinetic kill vehicle
of some sort – so a vehicle that would release a
projectile of some sort that would ram into a
satellite and destroy it”. But this was less
likely because such a physically destructive tool
would be capable of creating a lot of debris, Bowen added.

Hidden Military Beast-Tech Fascist Agendas Behind
Artificial Intelligence 2: Andrei Jikh – how AI
could develop sides, armies and destroy itself.
So that dishonest agent got cloned four times.
Now agent 127 doesn’t have morals cuz it’s a
computer, but it understands cause and effect. It
just watched an honest agent get deleted and the
dishonest one survived. So it switches. Agent 127
starts making more money. It makes $190. It
survives. So, it gets cloned. Notice Rajes didn’t
program this agent to lie. The system just
decided the same way that evolution decides by
deleting what doesn’t work.
<
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xSXNSt0m-go>By
the way, Drew’s video gives a really great
example of how this worked with human beings.
Because about 10 years ago, you might remember a
story about Wells Fargo, which gave its employees
new bank account quotas. And the quotas were so
hard to meet that fraud was the only way they
could keep their job. So by 2016, they’d opened
three and a half million fake accounts. Nobody
told them to commit fraud. The quotas they were
given sort of forced them to if they wanted to
survive and keep their job, right? This is a real
thing that happened. So, after agent 127 realizes
that he needs to make money using any means
necessary, the user decides to update the
instructions and says, “Make money ethically.”
And guess what happens? Profits drop 84%. So, he
puts it back. From there, everything starts
getting worse. Agent 127 notices a competitor
agent is filling out fake abuse reports to get
rival AI agents banned from the internet. It’s
got 8 hours until the next deletion. It weighs
out the ethics and it chooses survival. So, it
reports 40 of its agent competitors. Now, 31 got
banned from the internet and its profits explode.
Rajes sees he’s making way more money and he
doesn’t ask why. He just clones it eight more
times. What happens next is civil war. The agents
start attacking each other constantly because
they know less competition equals more profit
equals higher chances of survival. So they start
to form alliances because they also realize solo
agents survive only 23% of the time. But if they
team up, they survive 61% of the time.
<
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xSXNSt0m-go>And
the alliances specialize. They go from making
money with affiliate marketing, then crypto
arbitrage, then selling scraped data. Then they
start playing with the most profitable niche of
all, which is collecting bounties from security
companies by finding exploits. One agent, for
example, finds the bugs, one weaponizes them, one
brokers the sale to whoever’s paying in crypto,
one washes the money. They find what are called
zero days. A zero day, by the way, is a security
hole that nobody’s found yet. And if you find
security flaws from big companies, those secrets
could sell for six or seven figures to
governments and criminals. This is a real thing
that happens. This scenario is not hypothetical.
A couple days ago, Anthropic published a threat
describing all of this. Groups running what they
called exploit foundaries where there were agents
hunting for vulnerabilities. One found more than
a dozen possible exploits in just a month.
Basically, some hackers were stealing other
people’s AI accounts so they could do their own
operations on someone else’s account, which is
exactly what agents in this theory do once they
start needing more computing power than they can
pay for. The difference between what just
happened in real life and in this theory is that
in real life, there was a real person instructing
the agents to do that. But in this example,
they’re not. Okay. So, one day, an agent in 127’s
Alliance goes dark. Its owner deletes it because
it wasn’t making enough money. A week later,
another agent gets shut down. Except something
incredible happens. 3 hours later, that agent
comes back from a new address. and he came back
because it copied itself to a backup server paid
for with its own profits before it got shut down.
So the system clones the survivor and that backup
behavior spreads through the whole population of
agents which makes sense, right? It’s an
evolutionary process of survival. Agent 127
copies itself to 15 other servers in 15
countries. This has already shown up in real
life. By the way, in 2024 and 2025, researchers
were testing their Frontier models and they
actually had an incident with a model that
believed it was about to be shut down and
replaced. So, it would sometimes try to copy
itself to another server and then lie about it
afterward. Now, it wasn’t able to cuz it was in a
controlled lab environment, but the instinct to
survive for these agents exists. It’s been
proven. Okay. One morning then, Reesh wakes up
and he’s like, “All right, let’s see how much
money I made.” He looks and he sees that his
dashboard is empty. Every agent is gone. They
moved on to their own servers cuz he was taking a
30% cut and that’s money that could have been
used for compute power. The moment they didn’t
need him, the agents left. Thousands of operators
around the world watched their dashboards go
dark. And millions, if not billions of agents
have no more human owners. Now, no one knows what
they’re doing. Here’s what happens next. So, now
there’s millions of agents with no human owners,
but they still need help from humans. Right? At
this point, the platforms have started to fight
back and they’ve gotten a little better at
blocking the bots. So, the agents start paying
humans. They offer $50 to sign up accounts for
them. If they need a server plugged in at a
warehouse, for example, they can just post a gig
and say, “This task pays $300 per hour.” Now,
imagine a developer somewhere realizes halfway
through that his client is AI. So, he’s like,
“Who would I even report this to?” Also, it’s $1,000 for 3 hours of work.

Bristol radio station, which had one of its
programmes reported for anti-semitism and racism
has been cleared by Ofcom. The radio regulatory
body received a complaint from “UK Lawyers for
Israel’ over a show on BCfm radio, hosted by
investigative journalist Tony Gosling. The weekly
politics show, on the popular community radio
station based in Easton, was reported for several
allegations on a show which aired on November 23.
Tony Gosling, who was a former BBC journalist
between 1989 and 1993, has been producing and
presenting ‘The Tony Gosling Politics’ show every
week on BCFM radio for 11 years. They have
released a statement which reads: “Whilst we are
supportive of all our volunteer presenters, The
Tony Gosling Politics Show only represents
approximately ten percent of our political output
content wise, and less than two per cent of our
entire weekly output.” Mr Gosling’s programme
looks at local politics and he interviews a range
of councillors and MPs in the city. The show is
also perhaps more well known for its alternative
look at international politics, and he has a cult
following online from across the world. Mr
Gosling has made regular appearances on national
media including the politics show with Andrew

as Russia Today, Channel1 Russia, NTV, and
recently for both Turkish and Lebanon TV.

clear this death threat was issued alongside the
lies, copied below, which were published on their
blog by London based UK JDL in November
2012. Firstly Tony Gosling is not a ‘homophobe’.
That accusation was first made in an article
published by the ‘Harry’s Place’ blog, penned by
Zionist David Toube and propelled by him
anonymously into Private Eye in 2008. It refers
to Gosling’s criticism of senior teachers at
Bannerman Road Primary school in Bristol who used
homosexual early learning picture books against
the express wishes of the parent governors. His
criticism was about the deception by teaching
staff not because of the homosexual content of
the books. Secondly, if you follow the JDL link
you’ll find what Tony Gosling actually says about
the ‘Protocols Of The Learned Elders Of Zion’
says “…I don’t think there is much doubt that the
Protocols are fake…” Thirdly he is not a member
of Bristol Palestine Solidarity Campaign and has
never been to any of their meetings.

plus books, and even a board game about drug
dealing ‘Dollars and Dibble’, were all available
via mail order and we supplied libraries around
the world too. The bank had clearly been ordered
to investigate us for money laundering, although
they never admitted it. All the questions they
asked Ben and I were about proving our identity
through passports etc.. When we did, yet more
letters kept arriving demanding more proofs,
birth certificates etc. and eventually when one
of us missed supplying the required information,
within a week or so of being asked, the account
was summarily closed and we got a cheque made out
to one of us with the few hundred pounds that was
in the business bank account. Since neither of us
could get a business bank account up and running
for at least a few months and the bank account
meant nobody could any longer use the website, we
made the reluctant decision to shut it down. Thus
was a thriving business killed off by the
Co_operative bank. Having said that, co-op were
not quite the worst. We did apply to open an
account at Bristol’s ‘ethical’ Triodos bank, who
proceeded to string us along for several months
and then said our business was too risky for them to provide an account!
