Our platform is used to build a wide variety of applications ranging from rich and dynamic internet-scale applications to traditional websites and intranets serving the SME market. We are seeking team members who have a passion for the web, for functional as well as technological innovation and experience solving complex problems using a blend of creativity and best practices. The candidate will be responsible for management and coordination of developers during the implementation phase of client projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, analysis, follow up and organizational skills. The principle location of work will be our Beirut office but some travel to client sites in North Africa and The Middle East may be required. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years in managing mid-sized projects and minimum of 3 years of development experience using XML, core Java and Java Servlets. The developer will also work with the element^n product team to enhance the usability and effectiveness of product user interfaces. Additionally experience with Web 2.0 techniques and tools, such as AJAX and JavaScript libraries like JSON, Scriptaculous, Mootools, Dojo, or other widget toolkits, etc is highly desirable.
