MIGRATED MODULE: Uize.Simple Becomes Uize.Data.Simple

The Uize.Simple module has been migrated to under the Uize.Data
namespace to become Uize.Data.Simple, to get it out of the root Uize
namespace.

This change is not backwards compatible, but is likely to affect only
a very limited number of developers (probably not you). If you are
using this module (unlikely), then you will have to change your code
to reflect this change.
