Not exactly. Though I understand one magazine in the UK recently
offered Paradox 7 along with the magazine, so keep your eyes peeled
to see if you can find it.

Older versions of Paradox are often available cheap; I've seen
Paradox 5 at http://www.surplusdirect.com/ for $20 or less.

The October issue of PC Pro included Paradox 7-32 bit on the cover CD. You
may still find a copy although the November issue is due out in a week's time

BDE 3.5 for PCs using FAT32. A patch is also available for download from the
Corel site.

I'm not aware of a trial version available for downloading.
