It's legal in New Zealand, so maybe you could order from a company over
there. If you're science-oriented, it doesn't seem to difficult to
devise your own setup. If you're an American citizen, go ahead and build
your own jail to live in for a while instead, because it's illegal!

Your best bet is to find someone who has a welder or go to a metal shop. My
friend got one made for $20 -- nothing fancy but he managed to get a couple
of gallons of Ozark mountain swish every 2 weeks.
