It would appear that Choicepoint, a data compiling consumer reporting
agency, failed to report to consumers that their personal data may have been
compromised in a breach of secured files. This may have and may still result
in identity theft and usage which can effect credit reports. If you check

more information on this situation and how it may affect you. There is also
