This regards a very long dispute in large sections removed by Google as well in which a 15 year old in 1993 started defamatory libels per the persons put through this ever since to the public internet as a high school student in 1993 directed at people the persons have never met often these days grandparents in their 60s.
The public reputation defenders, legal action, etc have been unable to remove the constant under current law what some feel they have a solid case finally for cyberstalking as our home addresses as on police records have been internet posted soliciting sending people to our homes etc all these years as people who haven't live there since 1994 or so due to the lack of US enforced stiff penalties as enacted by the European Union against such persons the United States FERPA laws also inflict on the UIUC but not as easily such persons as this Tim Skirvin who created and posted all of this as well as the addresses of his victims etc.
This is a irresolvable dispute with the UIUC or Tim Skirvin, and as as in the public domain SEO optimized to keep sorting at the top of Google in 2018 with items removed by every legal entity in existence, about persons largely under current law also stalking people per love of violent bullying by literally fantasy at a computer problem at people who have never heard of them and don't live there with police reports 20 years legally required as the limit to substantiate the constant threat to our safety of such persons showing up at our homes, jobs, families, holidays, etc like a monster the world ordered never have started and we can't end to the point of public disclosure.
