Tom Seals FOIA Disclosure Case Numbers Convicted Felon Associate in rape/assault/home invasion 25 years ago in 2018

This is a public requirement by law one that my privacy and safety be protected and two that the UIUC criminal actions with ugly stalking for what FOIA with case numbers has exposed for over 20 years in a rape/assault/home invasion a licensed psychiatrist Tom Seals I have never met is not has been sending out in a listing that includes anywhere I have lived since in 2 states and 4 counties including the school I transferred to this started targeting also per records at IL State Police and IL Human Rights Commission that ordered legal action against the UIUC in 1995 for this, before it turned into this Ted Bundy keeps stalking victims to anywhere they live under the 2010 IL Stalking law requiring the prosecution of the UIUC staff involved and if need be any administrator involved who is not free to use anybody's name under FERPA period. Google is taking down reviewing the counseling center repeatedly so that details can't be posted but the UIUC staff are continuing to stalk rage and scream "where the live" at Chicago natives, and the law requires in fact the counseling center be shut down. And every staff person fired and prosecuted. My rape evidently still gets them hot or something sick that has no end. And they like reminding me as constantly as possible for over 20 years per this report of UIUC staff "I know where you live" that OEIG took to the Board of Trustees last year and is not possible to end with UIUC that is continuing to threaten me personally now "for Christmas" in the same sick personalities that get hot about rape now as back then. The use of your name by parties like Seals is a serious crime under IL as all of this was. That he is doing so with a convicted felon with a public rap sheet at IDFPR since then when the public rap sheet started, that IDFPR made unable to do this again who has found a sick ally in the UIUC for what federal and other convictions have been extended for for this many years, is the same sick mentally ill criminal that loves rape as much now as they evidently loved it then.
