Classified readers in Champaign-Urbana should know about the launch of
a new website called Illinilist.NET that aims to provide local CU
residents (townies and students) with the ability to browse, search
and post events, jobs, rentals and more types of classified listings
online for free. The goals of this website are to provide local users
with an easy web interface without the limitations of newspaper
classifieds or spam problems of non-local websites that attempt to
"cater" to C-U users in a mass produced way.

This website is created by local Champaign-Urbana residents for the
use of local Champaign-Urbana residents.
We currently support events, jobs and rentals, but we will soon be
expanding to resumes, real estate and personal listings very soon.
