Untuk makluman Tuan/Puan/Cik, pihak kami sedang dalam proses
mengenalpasti penyelia untuk calon PhD/MSc (Penyelidikan) Sesi Julai
2010.

Bagi calon yang belum menghantar Kertas Cadangan Penyelidikan, sila
hantar Cadangan Penyelidikan selewat-lewatnya dalam masa seminggu dari
sekarang supaya kami dapat menghantar Cadangan Penyelidikan Tuan/Puan/
Cik kepada pihak fakulti untuk mengenalpasti penyelia yang akan
bertanggungjawab menyelia kertas projek Tuan/Puan/Cik.

Tarikh akhir penghantaran cadangan penyelidikan : 10 Ogos 2010
(Selasa)

supervisor is Prof Madya Dr Beh Kian Lim. ;)
I already look through his profile and hopefully can contact him as
soon as possible.

Till today I have not receive  my supervisor yet.....probably in our mail box in Marudi..... belum lagi ambil mail sekolah ni....hopefully
this week end ...just today we manage to get out internet.....available..... a few days back..... tak dapat.....kadang-kadang terlepas some of our  penghantaran online data.... well.... selamat menjalankan PUASA ZUL.

Hello Cikgu Lorris,

I think that would be the problem. You have to go and get the mail in
the mailbox at PPD and take action fast before its too late. if I'm
not mistaken, we will presenting our research proposal 27-30 of
September and that is coming very soon.

As you can see, I have my supervisor, and currently, I'am making
another point of view in teaching science and my title is no more like
the one that I show to you. Now, my research more focus on the
misconceptions of science subject in rural primary students.

Anyway, as soon you know your supervisor, quickly make a good
relationship and get help from him/her towards your research proposal
and your progress.

Hi Zul,

I don't quite understand these pack of mine. Lorris is still lost, Alfred and Rolland had shown their intention to quit/postpone while Edward had sent his proposal but no supervisor yet. Words have it that Sabtu does have a supervisor but yet to receive a letter stating so. Ummi told me as of last week that only five of the PhD students have supervisor. The rest are still pending.

As far as mine is concern, I am yet to receive feed back from her regarding our face-to-face. Perhaps it high time for sms to work.

I have written a few literature reviews on my subject,  research/survey instruments completed and am now waiting for the green light to proceed with letters of entry, etc.

Hi Cikgu Samuel,

I am not sure what happenings. Maybe the area of the others interest
is hardly to find a suitable supervisor. As for my case, my field is
focused on science teaching. And my supervisor is in line with my
area.

What do you mean by the letters of entry? I know nothing about that.

To enable you to go ahead with your data sampling/collecting, you, first must have a letter from the faculty granting you permission, secondly you need to seek permission from the ministry/education department to carry out your research at schools chosen by you, thirdly  a letter to the School Heads (Principals/Headmasters) seeking permission and lastly your letter to your respondents.

Only after you have all these, the research proper can proceed. Still a long way to go.
