Dear All,

Hope all is well with you.

I have few announcements to make:-

1) WEF 21st June, the CIMA program that you are currently taking is officially upgraded to Diploma in Islamic Finance. 

2) Award and Name designation: Those who will be completing and passing all the 4 modules will be awarded a certificate of "CIMA Diploma in Islamic Finance" by CIMA UK;  

You are designated to use the abbreviation of "CDIF" after your name ie, "Ahmad bin Ali CDIF" or "Aminah binti Hassan CDIF" or "Lim Keng Cheong CDIF" or "Raman Nathan CDIF"

3) You are encouraged to pursue for the "Advanced" Diploma in Islamic finance module (only one module and one exam).

4) Final class will be held on the 3rd of July from 9am to 2pm (subject to the approval from Puan Adura).

I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate those who have passed module 1, 2 & 3. 

I hope you all have benefited the training of the CIMA Diploma program. Thank you and see you all soon.

Dear Zainorr,

The ADvanced Diploma is equavalent to a normal degree in UK univeristy.... so if you take the ADVanced Dip... is as good as you have a double degree... one from UITM and one from CIMA UK...

Hebat tu.... rugi la kalau tak amik....

Dear Pn Adura,

Thank you for the update, Can I propose to the following weekend on the 10th of July, tak? We also plan to do a party kesyukuran together... since this will be the last class. We would like to invite Puan Adura to join the party kesyukuran  along as the party wouldnt be good kalau the anchor person (Puan Adura) is not joining. So we hope that you can make yourself available that day. We may start first with the class and we will have the lunch (at lunch time) + party kesykuran at the same time. 

So far menu suggested by Hamidah as following:-

1) Choc Fondue berlinang 

2) Satay Marshmallow 

3) Secret Recipe's Carrot Cake  

4) Secret Recipe's Cappuccino Cheese Cake 

And hope that semua boleh datang..... for the makan makan kesyukuran...

as previously, we penah decide dat it is hard to entertain n satisfy all of our preferences... thus, as Sir got other commitment on 17th July, why don't we juz proceed d class on 9th or 10th July? i think it is d best decision to be made on this weekend... if we were to postpone again, errrr.... i'm afraid it will be too late already..

therefore, sir, i believe it would be easier if u choose the date either 9th or 10th July as d class cannot b held without you..

Salam Dear All,

I am about to board the plane to Jakarta and will come back Wednesday
evening. I hope we can have our class on the 10th july as the week
after I will have other enggagement.

To Nan, the diploma that you all will attain soon is a profesional
diploma and regarded as one of the best in the industry. Since the
diploma awarded by UK Cima, it is academically recognised by British
university. For malaysia they have got the partial recognition from
MQA of ministry of education. But to me what's more important is that
CIMA is globally recognised in professional industry. It is to me very
strong recognition. So rest assured that this programme is good for
you all.

In terms of CIMA membership, I beleieve to attain this u will need to
complete the CIMA's main exam, by taking this diploma u are exempted
to Part One of CiMA main exam, part one referring to 5 modules.. You
only need to complete another 10 modules (part 2 and 3) to get CIMa
membership. For more info, you may want to check with CiMA malaysia. I
am not too familiar with their strcuture as I am not a member of CIMA
after all. I do have some contacts in CIMA that can assist you I fyou
want.
