REQUIREMENT DETAILS:

  

Position: Research Analyst and Content Writer
Department: Operations

Specialization: B -Tech (CSE/IT)

Job profile & Responsibilities:

• Candidates need to receive inbound calls and follow-up with inquires received through chat or email.
• Candidates need to maintain the database of enquirers received and the final outcome of it.
• This involves a great deal of comprehension, knowledge of computer and Internet, presence of mind, excellent communication skills that includes both writing and speaking.

Job Location during the training or probation period: Kolkata.
Job Location after the training or probation period: Kolkata.

Compensation: INR. 1.8 LPA

• INR 15000 is the salary which is same in training period as well.
  
• This salary will be revised after 3 months from the joining which depends upon their productivity.
• INR 2000 is deducted every month and given to them together with retention bonus of INR 4K at the completion of one year of their service.

Bond or security: Candidates need to sign an NDA that is a compulsory compliance maintained.
There is no bond as such in terms of their work period however, the deduction of INR 2K per month is one of the aspects that forces them to serve a notice period.
