Greetings from B. P. Poddar Institute of Management And Technology, Kolkata.

 

Further to our email dated 24^th July 2014, we are pleased to inform you that the reporting time for the drive of HCL Technology – ISD is at 9.00 a.m. (sharp – Ensure strict reporting time) on 5^th August 2014 at B. P. Poddar Institute of Management & Technology. Please inform your students well in advance, so that absenteeism is kept at the minimum. Your intervention and co-operation in this regard is highly solicited.

 

Kindly inform your students to bring :

 

1)    Two recent Photographs (both ears visible in light background)

2)    Two copies of their updated resume (maximum of 2 pages) and

3)    Original & Xerox copies of their Certificates & Testimonials (If required, original certificates can also be asked for by the Company officials)

4)    College ID Card / Any Government Photo ID Proof

5)    Pen & Pencil

 

­    Please ensure that only those students who meet eligibility criteria will be allowed to appear for HCL Technology – ISD placement process

 

­    It is also to be noted that print out facility won’t be available for taking print outs.

Education Criteria:  Throughout 50% in academics

Important Information for Students

Students must carry the following for the recruitment process – 2 recent Photographs (both ears visible in light background), Resume (maximum of 2 pages), and Photo copy of all their academic records. Please ensure that only those students who meet eligibility criteria will be allowed to appear for HCL Technology – ISD placement process.

Note :

  1) CGPA to equivalent Percentage would be calculated as per the respective University Norms.

  2) Open only to Indian nationals.

3) Do not round off the marks secured in the academics i.e. 49.9 to 50% marks.

YOU MUST SEND THE DATABASE OF YOUR INTERESTED STUDENTS IMMEDIATELY IN THE FORMAT ATTACHED BY 26/07/2014.

 

You are most humbly requested to intimate your students well in advance about the drive on 05/08/2014 by the named company itself and kindly ensure that students participate in adequate numbers. You are also requested to brief them regularly during the intervening period so that they do not forget the date of the drive--students as they are. We request your active intervention in this matter.
