Does UISpec support other UI components such as
UIImagePickerController, MFMailComposeViewController, MKMapView?
For example, is it possible to call "touch" on the camera button that
comes with UIImagePickerController, or the "send" button on an
MFMailComposeViewController object? or "touch" on an MKMapView object?
