How can I write a UISpec test that verifies that there's an Add button
on a navigation bar?
Greatful for any suggestion that'll put me in the right direction.
(Been working on this problem for way to long now :-) )

You can now record actions like this with the Automation template in Xcode 4.2's Instruments app. Just follow the instructions for Capturing User Interface Actions into Automation Scripts.
