CSSA booking AACC, Mark everyone

AACC借用流程：

1，电话确定是否有兴趣约的那天有空，电话：(217) 333-9300      
2，去上述网址填写预约表。UIUC的RSO账户是1416
3，活动前最近的一个工作日4点前去拿钥匙。之后第一个工作日noon前还钥匙。
4，免费

此外，如果周一～周四要借一楼会议室的话，去隔壁的Asian American study center 带着icard陈述自己需要借用的时间。使用完毕保持整洁。不需要拿钥匙。


注意事项

大家好，
   最近，CSSA使用AACC的频率越来越高。本人作为对AACC预约最熟悉的人之一，在此有几项事情需要提醒：
   
   1，请约好后仔细阅读确认邮件的注意事项。
   2，我说几点包括本人在内已经犯过的错误：
       a，周末使用场地的话，在周五4点前去AACC拿钥匙；周一noon之前还；否则，在当日4点前拿钥匙，第二天noon之前和那张黄纸一起还。
     【否则】，不拿钥匙则视为取消，罚款$20刀！不按时还钥匙，每天收取$5刀的罚款。
       b，使用之后，要打扫卫生，扔掉垃圾。否则，维护费罚款$50。HR建议，使用之前，先进行拍照，以便结束后还原原貌。
  3，为了自己的便利，请仔细阅读，严格操作。
否则，如果产生相关罚款，责任人至少承担一半。谢谢


   之前，我约了场地，没注意周五领钥匙，罚款20刀，我自己付了（浙大聚会的事情）。
   上次，有一摞凳子没有从二楼小会议室拿回地下室。AACC对此表示不满。
    这次，有同学忘了还钥匙，今天AACC打我电话，抱怨此事，我去拿了钥匙还了回去，但是罚款至少$20（暂时post到CSSA账户，CSSA可酌情找当事人协商）。
   AACC收取罚款，主要是希望以后这样的事情不要再发生。
   我借CSSA的预约被pending，就是因为这个钥匙没还。





RSO设备借用：
地点：Union南边2楼
人员：需要在RSO登记的officers去借用。
提供的设备：投影的屏幕，棚子，垫子等等
费用情况：未知（免费？）
