UIUC CSSA Event Cancellation--Need attention and read this email!!!!!

Sorry guys I cannot type Chinese, bear with my bad grammar.

I am really disappointed today, knowing that our event is going to cancelled due to the Room reservation problem (Car dealer and insurance Seminar). Bryna has put a lot of effort in this event, and trying to form a good relationship with this Illini Nissan. The cancellation is out of my expectation, and really form a bad influence and reputation for our group. I would like to request the member who is in charge of the room reservation send me an report as soon as possible. (Explain the situation and give suggestion for how to prevent the same mistakes again.) I believe I have give enough instructions during the process. Apart from sending the report to me, please cc HR jiang...@gmail.com as well. They request us to take this mistakes seriously and avoid it next time.

Also, if it is possible, Bryna, please also give a short report regarding this issue, to me and to HR. (Same email above)
