ExternalResourceFactoryTest hangs on 2.2.0-SNAPSHOT from github master

Hi Richard,

Two things:

1.- When I try to build uimafit-core, it hangs on ExternalResourceFactoryTest on every test involving: 
AnalysisEngine ae = UIMAFramework.produceAnalysisEngine(desc);

​I can only get it to finish the build by commenting out

and all lines depending on

AnalysisEngine ae

Is this some quirk of my local environment?

2.- For some reason, I thought there was a snapshot mvn repo available for uimafit like there is for dkpro. Am I wrong? Would you mind pointing me to it if there is?
