Hello,

would it be possible to set an exposure time for the camera and move the scene while recording? cheers

I guess you are thinking motion blur? Answer is no, it would be much too slow for practical use.
However you can get a cheap motion blur using V-Quartz and a higher frame rate (slowdown by 1/3 or 1/5 and use average frames modes).
