Org. Fair Help/Meeting

I first want to apologize for the number of emails that have been sent out this week, that won't continue. My goal is to send no more than one a week to keep you all updated.
If you have any interest at all in becoming an executive, please come to this evening's meeting in the Kirkwood room of the IMU at 6PM (1/24). We'll briefly discuss the positions, responsibilities, and expectations of executives. We'll also try to finalize a calendar of events for the upcoming semester. It's an important meeting and I welcome everyone to show up. Our first full group meeting will take place next Thursday (1/31) at 6pm. Room information will be sent out Tuesday evening following the Organization fair.
Speaking of the Organization Fair, I have class for a large portion of the day and am relying on others to help man the table. If you'd like to help but don't feel comfortable speaking about habitat yet, sign up and let me know in your email that you'd like some more information. I'll call you this weekend to get you up to speed. (Please provide a number to reach you at.)
Please email me with the times you can work by Saturday. I don't expect anyone to work the entire day but if we can get shifts of 30 minutes to an hour, that would be great. I'll email the final schedule to those who are working on Sunday. (Please do not assume that others will fill the times, we need your help.)
