I am not able to find the quiz plugin in the IDE. Every plugin is installed and quiz plugin is not shown. I have gone through the help pages also but couldn't find the solution. Please help me out.

Go to Tools>Plugins. Wait for the window to load everything from the internet.

Then go to the Available Plugins tab and from there search for Quiz Module. Search for it if you cant locate it in the long list.
