Dear Sir/Ma'am
I am writing this letter to bring to your notice the Stupid Dumb Lazy Inefficient Rude employees (Jitendra Rai & Isha Rani) hired by eCentric solutions pvt limited for creation of UID Number Aadhar card New Delhi Malviya Nagar 110017 India.
Employees taking the biometric scan fingerprints and other details should be trained well enough.
There are certain mandatory fields which they are filling up and certain details like email, phone number, bank account linkage which they are filling up randomly incorrect just to save time and finish their work quickly.
And moreover when they are requested to change and correct the details they openly refuse to do so saying chalta hai yeh to. in-spite of showing the cut out of the newspaper Hindustan Times saturday 19.11.2011 that any corrections in UID acknowledgement receipt can be made within 4 days.
This experience assures me to believe that in this country no work can be carried out efficiently and this chalta hai attitude will always sustain.
I really hope strong actions are taken against them.
