We are looking for following experience and qualification in Mid level to
Senior Managerial level for Biopharma division.
Experience in : -
Should have worked in Biotech lab in an industry.
ii. Should have through knowledge in working with enzymes
iii. Should have worked in industry in Biotech dept and experience in setting up Biotransformation reactions for producing API’s at lab scale.
iv. Should have through knowledge in biochemistry
I. Knowledge about solvent based purification process involving extraction, concentration, crystallization etc.
ii. Knowledge about setting up organic chemistry reactions
iii. Should have very good knowledge about Organic chemistry.
iv. Some exposure to knowledge in identifying and characterization of impurities
v. Developing better and most efficient process
vi. Some experience/knowledge in solvent purification and reuse in the process
vii. Should have the experience of scale-up of 2 to 3 biotransformation technologies from lab to commercial scale.
Job Description
1. Exposure to Chemical process development/APIs & APIs intermediates,
enzyme-catalyzed reactions/Biotransformation, and Sound Knowledge in GLP. cGMP
and regulatory.
2. Well acquainted with NMR, IR, and all other analytical equipments used for
regular analysis and identification of characterisation of the known compounds
as well as impurities.
3. Experience in process development, biotransformation, synthesis of
heterocyclic compounds in designing multi-step organic synthesis using various
types of reactions
4. Expertise and experience in chromatography, isolation and purification of
organic compounds
5. Experience in API scale up activity which includes equipment's selection and
technology transfer from lab to pilot plant and from pilot plant to commercial
production facility
6. Ability to work independently and ability to interact with multidisciplinary
teams.
7. Should be perfect team manager
8. A professional with a having accuracy, credibility & integrity, &
successfully & consistently delivering towards driving Quality Operations.
9. Should have good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with an
ability to interact with a wide range of people.
