Hey AIESEC!
Here comes our Review&Rewarding Criteria!

What is it?
As you know, AIESEC UIBE has our own awards for AIESECers who achieve self-develpment, Proactive participation and excellent work performance.
Those AIESECers deserve to be praised and appreciated by whole LC at the end of this term. Therefore, TM announces all criteria for R&R and the final application of award will base on following aspects.

LC Awards(It's not the end result of all Awards, LC may changes quota for applicants and Awards according to situation):

Personal Award:
1.Proactive AIESECer*1
1.Star member *3 
2.Star Manager*2

Team Award:
Star Team*3

Mentorship Award(Partner LC Only)
Best Mentorship

SU Award(SU Only):
1. Best achievement SU Award
2. Beat progress SU Award


Criteria for Awards:

1.Proactive AIESECer:
-Times of involving in LC(SU) Activities:TL Camp,NLDC,CI Event,Info-Session,Interview Training,LIC,RIC,LCM,Local Trainers Team(LTT),LC Boning,LC mails reply,Regional Train the Trainer(RTtT),吐槽大会,etc.
-Diversified AIESEC experience:Mentorship,X+T(GCDP exchange,CEED,int'l Conference,GIP exchange),OC,Buddy,CD,Faci,etc.
-Deep Talk with EB(Name of EB&Times&Topic)
-Deep Talk with MC(Name of MC&Times&Topic)
-Innovation of Function work
-AIESEC skills or soft skills sharing(Times&place) 


2.Star member:
-Times of Involving in LC(SU) Activities:Local Induction Camp(LIC),Regional Induction Camp(RIC),RIC star delegate application,LC Meeting(LCM),Local Trainers Team(LTT),LC Boning,LC mails reply,etc.
-Diversified AIESEC Exprience:Mentorship,X+T(GCDP exchange,CEED,int'l Conference,GIP exchange),OC,Buddy,etc.
-Key Achievement of Function work(Performance/Innovation)
-Letter of recommendation(Teammate&TL/VP)


3.Star Manager
-Times of involving in LC(SU) Activities:TL Camp,NLDC,CI Event,,推荐制,Info-Session,Interview Training,LIC,RIC,LCM,Local Trainers Team(LTT),LC Boning,LC mails reply,Regional Train the Trainer(RTtT),吐槽大会,etc.
-Diversified AIESEC experience:Mentorship,X+T(GCDP exchange,CEED,int'l Conference,GIP exchange),OC,Buddy,CD,Faci,etc.
-Key Achievement of Function work(Performance)
-Innovation of product.
-Letter of recommendation(VP&AIESECer worked with you this term)


4.Star Team
-Team Experience(Team Meeting&Bonding)
-Team Achievement(Performance&Innovation)
-No. of teammates involving in LC(SU) Activities:TL Camp,NLDC,CI Event,Info-Session,,推荐制,Interview Training,LIC,RIC,LCM,Local Trainers Team(LTT),LC Boning,LC mails reply,Regional Train the Trainer(RTtT),吐槽大会,etc.

-Mentee diversified AIESEC Exprience:Mentorship,X+T(GCDP exchange,CEED,int'l Conference,GIP exchange),OC,Buddy,etc.
-Times of involving in Mentorship activities.
-Mentor&Mentee reports.
-Mentee evaluation 


6.SU Award:
-SU Performance 
-SU Engagement in Local/National plenary 
-SU member diversified AIESEC experience 
-SU revalution 
-GCP Shared with other SUs 
-LCD Department Evaluation 


All Awards above will announce in Awarding night of Final LC Meeting in Jun.1st.

The Prize of Awards haven’t decided. Last time UIBE gave 10 free accounts for exchange(2000 RMB per person) as prize to all Star AIESEcers in UIBE, so what are you waiting for?
