WHAT Is Global Village:
Traditional AIESEC activity which is HOT all over AIESEC International!!
It is a party which involves Chinese students, interns, foreign AIESECers and friends. During various forms of session you will get to know the culture, custom, traditional dressings and food in different countries and experience the great culture shock. Also, it is an express to different places in globe. Making more friends, know the life and life customs varies from us, as well as deeply discover spotlights from excellent global friends!
WHAT OC Positions de we have?
OC President: (OCP) x1
Responsibility: 1 团队核心，组织OC Meeting, 负责与EB和Coach的沟通，对Team整体工作的把控
2 制定Timeline, Track各Responsible person的工作进程
3 和Coach共同制定Action Plan
4 活动的Proposal
Qualification：1 执行力，团队合作，领导能力，项目管理能力（Strongly Required）
2 踏实的工作，细致的思维，有效的沟通=）
OC Design: x1
Responsibility: 1 所有活动宣传海报，宣传单及网宣海报的设计
2 大刷屏和其他宣传品（Souvenir）的设计和修改
3 针对所有宣传品的大小，尺寸，张数列出明细
Qualification：1 基本的平面设计能力（PS，制图技术等）（Strongly Required）
2 团队协作能力和时间安排能力（Time Commitment）
3 有耐心，愿意吸取他人意见。
OC Communication: x1
Responsibility: 1 网宣日志，海报等文案编纂
2 其他网络平台（例如，豆瓣等同城网）的宣传推广工作
3 活动报名信息统计和整理，活动信息通知和传达
Qualification: 1 文案写作能力和相关资源，需要足够的Time Commitment
2 良好的沟通能力，耐心和细致
3 Excel和Editgrid的使用技巧（Preferred）
OC Logistics&ER x2
Responsibility: 1 预算设计和全部物资及经费的保管，核算，监管和报销
2 活动所有材料道具的购置，现场布置
3 海报等宣传品的印刷，批条，批海报栏等
4 拉赞助，寻找经费来源，External版Proposal
5 对外关系管理（With Marcomm），需要邀请的非AIESEC或非AIESEC UIBE的人员
Qualification: 1 充足的Time Commitment（Strongly Required）
2 基本Sales Skills和Company Visit技巧 （Preferred）
3 有一定校园关系和校园资源
4 财务管理能力和分配能力，时间管理能力
OC Plenary x1
Responsibility: 1 联系和确定活动会场
2 制定活动AGENDA，并且确定各Session的场地安排
3 现场的统筹安排，通知各Session Responsible person
Qualification: 1 活动策划能力，组织能力
2 基本Sales Skills和Company Visit技巧 （Preferred）
3 良好的沟通能力，统筹能力
