I am Tama, one of the team member of University of Indonesia vis moot team. Unfortunately we will have to postpone tomorrow's session, because of our university's video conference system and the administration related to it.
Despite submitting our application to have the video conference for tommorrow over a week ago, and we were told that this friday would be possible, the university's administration for some reason cannot grant us the use of the system, because of some administrative and technical difficulties (which I myself do not fully understand). Unfortunately our university can be overly-bureaucratic.
I am really sorry for this, we are really looking forward to having this friendly practice round. We would like to reschedule for next week, but to be honest I do not know yet when exactly the university can grant the permission for us to use the videoconference. If you are still able to do the practice next week, we will continue to try and will inform you when exactly we can do the video conference.

Unfortunately, I am not coaching UI team this year. I won’t be serving as arbitrator either. It’s too bad. I always love to go to Vienna for the moot. It has become sort of my ‘escape’ from the work load. Nevertheless, as the schedule doesn’t match with my arbitration hearing, I decided to skip the moot this year.
But let me introduce you to Adeline, whom I also copied in this email. She’s the official coach of UI and will be going to Vienna with the kids.
Feel free to contact her directly to make the arrangement for the practice. Adeline was also former member of UI team and was one of the honorable mention oralists during her participation.
