Responsibilities listed below : - This job is responsible for coordinating the product development process from start to finish as a key contributor and implementer of the product vision and roadmap.
- It will work closely with cross-functional teams and to translate work requirements, and ensure prioritization of the product backlog to ensure it reflects the most valuable features and stories.
- It will create and prioritize a product backlog consisting of features and requirements that align with the product’s vision and goals. It will manage the development process, schedule releases, address production issues and coordinate sprints for 1-2 Product teams.
- Provides technical guidance throughout the development process. Demos work to stakeholders, actively participates in Scrum meetings and sprints, collaborates closely with solution architects, UX, User Research Team, A/B Testing team, and coordinates with other product owners and scrum masters for cross-functional projects.
- Experience with Customer Care tools(e.g., for is a must as this role will be focused on enhancing our Customer Care technology.
- Example tools : Service Now CSM tool , Decagon , Gladly AI
- Experience working with Data pipelines is a must – The role will not be building data pipelines, but there is heavy work with Data Engineers to enhance the CARE space.
- Retail experience preferred.
