Must Haves

  • Top Three Technical Skills:
    • ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module experience.
    • .NET capability – Ability to pick up
    • Understanding of how APIs work.
  • Other Technical Skills:
    • React (for Pet Parent Lookup Tool).
    • .NET APIs (team responsibility).
    • Node (for the backend of the Pet Parent Lookup Tool).

Plusses

  • Other Technical Skills:
    • Experience with other CSM software (Zendesk, Decagon, Salesforce Service Cloud) is transferable.
  • Key Soft Skills/Attributes:
    • Desire to learn new technology.
    • Ambition to dig in (for contractors).
    • Hands-on technical.
    • Capable of researching the platform and understanding future releases.
    • Ability to troubleshoot.
    • Willingness to provide guidance on solutioning.

Day to Day

  • Daily Responsibilities:
    • Administrator and Subject Matter Expert (SME) within customer care and marketplace.
    • Troubleshooting (especially for Pet Parent Lookup Tool - PPLT).
    • Providing guidance on solutioning.
    • Potentially some development (currently 50%+).
    • Researching the ServiceNow platform and understanding upcoming releases.
    • Providing a point of view to solution architects.
  • Expected Achievements:
    • Become a high-level subject matter expert, providing guidance.
    • Transition to a strategy role long-term, less hands-on keyboard but capable when needed.
    • Enable AI and automation.
