I think this is very opinioned post. It looks like guy who wrote it
never built LOB app, or apps he builds are suited for HTML, so I don't
blame him ;)
Stuff that HTML5 brings for LOB apps are just to small compared to
earlier versions of HTML, where SL, FL and other technologies brings
much greater productivity with wide variety of features, controls and
constant upgrades.
But, looking at past, better technology doesn't mean marked dominance
and large adoption, unfortunately.
