WORDS FROM JAMES
After the post deadline, James posted extensive comments on his Eight
Ban Records post that really clarified and enriched the entry. The
comments showed us how the sounds and images of his original post were
related to the challenge. We really appreciated the addendum.
SUPERHERO e-BATTLE
Willow was threatened by a mysterious superhero named "Dr. Devious":
"You'll find out soon enough my dear, since my robot ninjas are, as we
speak, flying to your suburban hideout to kidnap you and bring you to
my underwater lair which, my advisors have assured me, is the most
secure location for someone of your powers."
ANOTHER SUPERHERO e-BATTLE
Willow and Lyova exchanged blows and quips in the comments of Lyova's
latest challenge entry. We found it both interesting and entertaining,
so we'll repeat it here:

WW:"I gotta say Lyova, I'm not that into the date-rape vibe of your
first "encounter." Maybe when you play God to these hapless fools you
could teach them some romantic courtesy? Everyone loves a two inch
gentleman..."
LL:"I do not in honesty have impressions of being needy to justify my
positions. If peoples cannot glimpse at satire and hyperbolas, this is
not to my detriments but theirs. However, I can give Willow the counsel
to maybe read some Debord, Levy-Strauss or Georges Bataille and also to
invest in a streak of humour, yes?
WW: "Wow Lyova, thanks for the great advice! Maybe I will invest in a
humor streak, but I'm pretty sure that even if I invested my entire
life-savings (about $150) I would still be unable to see the humor in
sexual-violence jokes, ironic or otherwise. Rats."

Oh, and it turns out most of Medya's post was taken from product web
sites. Thanks to the commenter who pointed this out. We did the google
searches to confirm, and it turns out it's true. This is disappointing
news...
Wow. Is that the end of today's news? It seems to be. We are kind of
leaving you on a downer. Sorry, guys.
