is UHMW electrically neutral?

I recently purchased a 3 lb assortment from Lee Valley (http://
www.leevalley.com/hardware/page.aspx?c=2&p=43210&cat=3,43576,43581),
and would like to make a custom circuit board holder.

So I am wondering if there would be any static or other electrical
issues - I am assuming the UHMW would not short a PCB on contact?
