EBO v3.1.1.312 – Issue with Releasing Overrides from Graphics in WebStation

Resolution:

3/10/2020 SE Product Support has informed us that this issue will be resolved in EBO v3.2.1 which is currently slated to be released in mid-May.

Issue:

Customers with EBO v3.1.1.312 are currently unable to right-click to release overrides from the Graphics in WebStation.

If a customer asks you about this you can let them know that SE is aware of the issue, and then instruct them on the following work-around:

1. From the graphic page in WebStation, left click on the value box (instead of right click)

2. Click the Null button

3. Click OK
