PSS: Enterprise Server won't start, license says disabled

Problem: Robert Morsfield ran into an issue with his enterprise server halting and refusing to restart. In the license administrator, the status of the ES license registers as "disabled".
System Info: SBO v1.9.1 at Doosan Bobcat
Cause: Some licenses were registered with Schneider incorrectly. The issue is between the vendor and Schneider Electric.
Solution: Submit the issue through product support. Include the Entitlement ID. They have to clear the error through the vendor.
