Niagara 4 Schedule Error

Issue:  The Master Schedule is the ENS has a Holiday special event with a reference set to null.  The Slave schedule in the Jace will not sync with the Master.  Solution:  If a Holiday calendar is not going to be used, delete the special event, not just the reference.
