I, Kevin Li would like to be to be the leader of creating redesigning
a new look for the SGA marquee.
Project date to be completed: Spring 2012
I would request that we do another Photoshoot with an Executive
portraits and group pictured dressed formal, Group picture of all
members on the south deck or indoor studio lighting.
Please see attached a mock design of of how I would like it to be.

Estimated Total Cost $640
Our current budget for the Marquee is $450 and I would like to ask the
Legislative body to think of considering an increase for the SGA
Marquee budget. The reason for this is that when I proposed the
initial budget of $600 it was going to be overhead for the remaining
marquees located throughout school. As you can see the estimated
budget for the big marquee project above is $640 well over the $450 we
have allocated, and if we are going to launch a new look I suggest we
increase this budget to give us some overhead in planning not only
this 1 single marquee location, but the other too.
Just to let you know we have several marquees on the 6th floor
Academic building, 8th floor near the computer science lab, 6th floor
south side, and more. With all these marquee spaces that we have to
our use we should be updating these spaces to let the Student
community know about the things we are doing for them.

I am scheduling with the photographer to set a time and day to have an
Executive photoshoot for either Tuesday or Thursday from 10am-11:30am
since the schedule in the office says that those are the times that
you (executives) are free.
