SGA Important Update!

Greetings SGA members,
As the Winter Break is now almost over and the semester is about to begin I am excited to be seeing all of you again and working with each of you over the Spring 2012 semester.
During the Winter Break the SGA Executives and Chief Justice have been working deliginately to make sure that SGA is more productive, efficient and successful in this new semester. Over the coming weeks there will be changes in our SGA meetings on Fridays as well as our internal communications just to name a few. I would like to remind everyone that SGA will be moving away from Google Groups and will now be using OrgSync as our communication outlet.
Some of the most important changes that will be occurring within SGA is personnel. The following positions are now vacant and need to be filled for the Spring 2012 semester.
- Chief of Staff
- Chairperson for External Affiars Committee
- Chairperson for Public Relations Committee
- Chairperson for Social Committee
- Chairperson for Special Services Committee
- Senator for College of Business
- Senator for College of Public Service
- Senator for University College
- Speaker
- Three (3) Associate Justice positions
If anyone is interested in applying for these positions please send me a formal email to mei...@uhd.edu.
Remember that we will now be moving to OrgSync and this is the final email communication that will be sent out threw Google Groups. Everyone please make sure you are registered on OrgSync and are apart of the SGA Group on OrgSync. If you are not familiar with how to use OrgSync please ask the Business Affairs Committee for assistance or a fellow SGA member who is familiar with OrgSync.
I hope everyone has enjoyed their Winter Break and I wish all of you a very happy New Year for 2012!
With all of us working together their is no limit to what SGA can accomplish this semester. Lets make this the best semester yet for SGA and end the school year with a bang!!
