lets use ms10

[UHCL SenProj 010 spr/fall]

I thought the school had ms11 so i was ready to upgrade, but they dont
so its easier to get joseph to use 10 than for us all to switch to 11.
11 can use files from 10 but cannot save them as files that can be
opened by 10.

n e way i re did all the circuits and posted them for ms10, have a
look.
