UHCL SenProj 010 spr/fall

This was all i had time to do, its pretty much finished. I had to take
out a lot of irrelevent stuff and then make it all flow. There was
lots of good stuff written up on the prototype and the 3,2,5 sensor
designs with diagrams and such, that would have been great if our bot
was just going to follow a line (which im sure it was when that was
written). But, since the scope has changed i had to cut all that out.

The documentation only lacks a part for the line and accelerometer
sensors then it will be compleatly finished, but if we dont add them
it still looks ok.

note its got a (2) in it the other one has a messed up toc and idk how
to delete files

New version up with my part in it. I've noticed that the figure
numbers need to be changed. But we can save that for later.
