Hello everyone,
For next semester we need to plan out the stuff we are going to add
to the documentation and move along with it just as we do with the
stuff we are doing. We cant really gage what we need to do next
semester until I see how much I can get done this summer. I will write
up everything I do this summer and keep track of the time for the
documentations.

Everyone did very well this semester, but I think we did have some
haphazard methods. One thing I really noticed is that Trent was doing
the documentation really well, and then it just kinda got put on Duc,
then the documentation page got neglected and the documentation just
got shifted around like a hot potato till the end of the semester.
This is because the documentation was not well planned, granted it got
done but i think we neglected a lot in the documentation.

We did use good engineering design methods for almost all of our
choices and the pages here at the groups page reflect our decisions. I
think a lot of people listening to our presentation had no idea how
far we had already come, and there was no way for them to tell since
it didnt really say in our slides(no wbs etc.) If you think about it
our slides only showed that we made a 3d model and a few prototypes
that did not work, then it showed the sensors and stuff we "decided"
to use but we didnt really say why. So it looks like we made some
stuff and everyone picked out parts that we "hope" will work well next
semester.

Anyway we know what happened and why, no one is to blame or
anything. Just know that next semester things will have to be better
documented, a wbs will be made and updated/followed, interface design
will be done for components and other things.

You all can forget about it till next semester if you want, but next
semester I would like you all to submit what you are able to do and
what you would like to do from the things we will need to do next
semester.

good luck on your finals!
