Speaker: Venerable Jian Dan (ABS’ first dharma teacher for fall 07, an experienced meditation teacher for over 10 years)

Description: We all strive for a healthier body. However, going to the gym only fulfills half of the equation. Research has indicated that regular meditation helps regulate blood pressure, stabilize emotion, improve concentration and reduce stress, all of which contribute to a healthier life style. Come to this interactive workshop and learn the proper and safe way of meditation.
